I am so exicted.

My non disney loving husband and i are setting off on a big adventure from SYdney Australia in Jan 2008. We are going to WDW for 11 days and then on a 4 night DCL.

Totay he said instead of going to LA for 3 days he wants to go to DISNEYLAND:banana:

I am so excited i can hardly breathe!

Ok here are my questions:

1. ticket- 1 want a 3 day hopper pass is $169 on disney web site a good price??

2. WHen will the park hours be up?

Thanks for your help

i want to add a couple of questions to the list as I am going in January for the first time also.
I will be there 26th - Feb 2. my questions are,
Do the fireworks and Fantasmic play on Fri or just Sat and Sun.
Are there any parades during the off season
Any tips for wet rides during this time of year to keep from freezing
and most importantly-- Will IASM and HM be back up by then?
Thanks

Depending on when in January you are there, the new Spring 2008 promotion may be running. They are offering 5 days for the price of 3. So if you buy a 3-Day hopper, you will actually get 5 days.

yes, it varies on what days you go...

the first week of January will still be the holiday theme... with fireworks and ELP...

Hi DangerMouse! Where did you hear about this offer? I might change my plans and wait for this!

Thanks!
Vicki

Fireworks and Fantasmic - that's a toss up, maybe Friday maybe not. The schedule should be up by November.

Parades - Yes, Parade of Dreams should be going on at least once daily, it is very neat!

Wet rides - this is SoCal, there is no winter here, you won't freeze! If you tend to get cold easily then definitly bring a change of clothes and stash them in a locker (or plan to go back to the hotel to change if you are staying on property). Ride all the wet rides in a row early in the day in some light clothes that dry quickly and flip flops/water sandals/crocs, and then change before late afternoon. Our weather is completely unpredicatable. Last year we had maybe 2 days of rain all year and a mini heat wave in February, and 2 years before that it rained constantly in September so you just never know, there is no normal here. It can pretty much always get chilly (60's) in the evenings in Jan/Feb so I'd plan for that.

Dry Rides - At least one of IASW or HM should be back up. There is rumour that IASW might be getting a major overhaul after holiday decor comes down and it may stay down for a few months, but there has been no formal announcement.
