January 2004 and Cheerleaders?

Hi! I read on these boards that cheerleaders are visiting WDW at the end of January! Is this true...can anyone give me any details? Thanks

There were cheerleaders everywhere at All Star Movies last January during my 1 night stay. The cheerleaders weren't too bad. Everywhere I walked at ASMo, they were practicing and building those stacked pyramids and it was only a little difficult to get around. Also, the pool was packed at 10 and 11 at night. The food court at dinner time wasn't too awful.

When are the cheerleaders there in January?

There are competitions scheduled the weekend of Jan 16th and at the end of the month. Probably the last weekend but I'm not sure. We will be leaving as they will probably be arriving.
