Unfortunately probably not a lot of insight into this. I know when Disneyland fully opened to out of state guests, they went from a 60 day window to 120 day window, so 120 days from today is December 31st. I didn't keep up with the window after our trip, so not sure how close they stuck to the 120 days out timeframe. If theyve been pretty rigid, you should see Jan 1 open tomorrow. If it's been more like dining reservations where some stuff opens here, other stuff opens later, it's hard telling. The good thing is, reservations don't seem to book up more than a few days in advance. I know getting things checked off the vacation to do list is nice, but remember, Disneyland takes a laid back approach to this.
I looked on Friday and didn't see January open, but looked again today and I do now see Jan 1 and 2 are available, so it does look like they are still doing the rolling 120 day availability.
