Breakfast at Ponderosa. Busch Gardens. Evening meal at Ponderosa.
The Reality
We ate far too much at the buffet breakfast at the Ponderosa and set off across the state to Tampa. I stuck to the speed limit all the way across and was overtaken by everything on the road. While I like the rides at Busch Gardens the staff are so miserable you have to wonder if they are being forced to work there. The highlight of the day was the Scottish girl with the very short skirt on the rapids. Whilst trying to keep her shoes dry what she was showing left not too much to the imagination. We did the tour that involved feeding the animals in the savannah. This was very good and I got some good pictures and video of us feeding the giraffes. We had to laugh when someone asked the tour guide if it was possible to domesticate a zebra. The tour guide gave a serious answer but you could tell they were thinking why would you want to do that. We missed having our second free beer due to my sister getting attacked in the lorikeet enclosure. At one point she had four on her with one biting her shoulder. We got to ride the coasters without any queues and did all of them at least twice. The only one I am not sure about is Scorpion is it safe to go upside down with only a lap bar.
We started back early evening and although we left the freeway a couple of exits early we got back to International drive with no problems. After eating at a Ponderosa in the morning we didnt feel able to eat with such splendor twice in one day so settled on an all you can eat Chinese buffet. As I was driving we didnt waste too much time in getting back to the hotel so that I could get a drink.
