I like that they have a check-in downstairs at least. When I asked both IPO offices about what the new check-in procedure was for our latest trip, they both sounded a bit defensive -- I do think there has been some guest push-back from guests having to wait in line downstairs to check in.

I'm a big cheerleader for Disney resorts and for club level. I won't let this rough start deter me from returning to CL in the future, but on the other hand I want to know what the amenities are so I know what I'm getting.

I think that the hardest part is not knowing what you are getting, or, even worse, not getting what you used to get. After the huge disappointment with our first ever club level experience at WL, we decided that we will never stay club level again. We would have been happier in a normal room.But we did get some very nice compensation for having been told the wrong thing by IPO, so that helped.

I'm sorry to hear that you are having so many problems at AKL.

We are headed back to AKL now. The weather has turned down right chilly tonight. But it feels great.

Dinner was awesome! For appetizers we had pretzel bites, house fries, and sushi. Dinner we had fish and chips, Mac and cheese, and taco trio. Everything was fresh and tasty plus the movie was great!

They brought them but I'm not sure if they're still being given or just to me because I asked.

Yes, your flower and garden photos are so beautiful. I want to hop on a plane to Orlando because it's snowing hard here in Maine. But, alas, I already have made two trips this winter in December and Jan/Feb, for a total 18 nights. So I guess I'm not going to see the flowers this year. Please send all the photos you can. I am LOVING your report. Love that it's live, so I can experience the magic vicariously.

I'm loving the beautiful flower pics on this snowy cold morning in MA. 4 more weeks and I get to see them myself!! I can't wait! We have gone to F& G every April for the last 10 yrs. it is my favorite time of year.
