I think the OP is referring to a studio in Jambo house at AKV concierge level. From what I understand all concierage level accommodations at AKV are extremely difficult to get because there is limited inventory. If you don't own at AKV & book at the 11 mos. window it will probably be hard to get.

YUP Thats What Iam Referring To I Didn't Know That In Order To "Book One" You Had To Have DVC

Thanks ! We have stayed AKL Club level before but it was on 4th floor. I know you can buy ppoints but I think most DVC owners would rather keep them to themselves at Christmas

Disney does keep an inventory of villas that can be booked by anyone. From what I've heard about the AKV and their club level specifically, it's going to be nearly impossible for a non-member to find any availability. You may have your work cut out for you if you are researching for Christmas.
