Jambo! How a solo trip turned into the trip of a lifetime! pre-trippie

Yay!!!!

Ok. So, let's just start all over again. I was planning to go to solo to destination d in May and stay at Pop. However, I have Epilepsy and am trying to conceive #1. Dx didn't think it was wise to go alone if I happened to be pregnant at the time.

So, hubby and I decided to go to WDW for our 5 year anniversary instead in June. Where to stay.

It came down to WL and AKL. I loved them both. WL looks like where we were married. AKL is somewhere we have both always wanted to stay. It's on my bucket list! After much searching, I got my answer today. When in doubt, flip a coin. Heads, WL. Tails, AKL.

I got tails! I never get tails! OMG. Sooo excited! I went online to book it and found I could get us the Pool View Room for a decent price! We're locked in June 9-13, Pool View with the Deluxe Dining Plan!!!

Here's our meals so far:

6/9 Rainforest Cafe AK--2:10 p.m.
Jiko 7:35 p.m.
6/10 Boma 7:35 a.m.
Mama Melrose 2 p.m.
Rose and Crown 7:40 p.m.
6/11 Crystal Palace 8:25 a.m. (Hope Chef Kenneth is there! )
Cali Grill 9:30 p.m.
6/12 WWOHP day!
Yachtsman Steakhouse 5:45 p.m
6/13 Tusker House 9:15 a.m.

We're also going to stay at CR in Sept. for the F&W festival/MNSSHP/WDW 40.

Looks like you are in for a great trip! I am tentatively planning to be at WDW May 11th - 16th (sprinkling myself with pixie dust and hoping that things will come together )

Oh yay! A reader!!!!

I actually changed my plans just a bit. I'm coming in May 12th now. (I have a furbaby I can't leave for that long. He's the little guy in my avatar! (Nando, short for Fernando.)

Anyhoo, here's my plans as of now:

May 12: flight to MCO

CP dinner 5:45

MSEP, Wishes

May 13th

EPCOT day

Kouzzina 9:15 a.m.

Via Napoli 2 p.m.

Raglan Road 7 p.m. with emh at EPCOT (big EPCOT fan here!)

May 14

Cape May 9:15 a.m.

day 1 of Expo

HOB dinner 9 p.m.

May 15

CP breakfast 8:25 a.m. (It's not a Disney trip without a CP breaky. )

Day 2 of Expo

Mama Melrose 1:30 p.m. with Fantasmic at 9 p.m.

May 16

DHS to see Star Tours re-opening.

Cali Grill 9:40 p.m. with Wishes (I have to do this every trip just like with Crystal Palace.)

I'm going to go see WWOHP sometime. Big Harry Potter fan!

My friend and I are trying to see if we can sneak away for a quick trip. I will be going in August but when I saw they were have a Scavenger Hunt plus the Destination D events around my birthday, I just knew I had to be there.

I see you will be viewing the MSEP on the 12th. If I go, I will see you there! It's my favorite parade

Well, I had to cancel this one. My dx doesn't want me going alone right now if I become pregnant.

But.......

We're (Kenny and I) are going in June instead for our 5th wedding anniversary!!!!
