Jamaica replaced with Costa Maya

It was reported that the Fantasy last week changed from Jamaica to Costa Maya. Does anyone know when they found out about the change and did DCL indicate why? Trying to game out the chances of a change for the December cruises to make alternate plans.

I wonder if Disney got bumped out of port access as the other cruise lines ramp up more?
