I'm enjoying reading your pre-trip report. Jake is a real cutie pie.......
Your post first caught my eye because we have almost the same dates, we will be arriving March 27th and are cruising March 29th for a four day trip on the Disney Wonder.
I hope Jake is feeling better today.

Wow, Jake had school off on Wed ( his b-day)due to a snow storm, and he was so worried that his friends would not say Happy B-day to him..lol...I know the things 8 years old's worry about. So today he comes home from school with a gift bad from his teacher ( which by the way has been so awesome and really attached to Jake) with a laminated HUGE Mickey Mouse face, with 10 noses, a actually Diseny World Coloring Book ( has pictures of the Tower of Terror ride, Haunted Mansion, bascially ALL the rides that DW has to offer in this coloring book with all the Disney Characters, and a grey fleece sweater jacket that is from Disney with the charcters on the back and it say's Walt Disney World in the front. I have to take picutres next week whe we are in the hospital. cause I am sure he will be wearing the jacket the whole time, and than his teacher gave him the Mickey face so he can have the Drs and Nurses that come into his room try to do a Pin the Nose on Mickey...lol...he thinks it is awesome

Such a wonderful thing his teacher did for him, words can not express, he could not wait to get home and show me everything.

Quick prayer requests please for Jake.

Jake will be admitted into the hospital tomorrow for a week of pretty extentsive testing. I am not looking forward to it cause Jake just really gets depressed at the thought of this admission. He understands why we have to do the testing again, but he has been crying every night these last couple of days cause he wants to be in school and wants to be "normal" again as he calls it. I hate when he says that, cause to me is normal. I know the nurses will help us thru this as they have really taken him under their wing when he is in the hospital.

I pray this hospital stay will finally give us some answers as to why Jake is getting worse with his GI stuff. We so badly need to come off the TPN ( the IV food) for so many reason, but we also need to what is going on.

I will update on here from his CB site if that is ok with you all. I really feel the power of pray is amazing.

Thank you everyone. Jake is heading down to the OR in about an hour, we were told it could be up to three hours. If you could spare some good thoughts and prayers during this time, I would appericate it. We are just praying he does not get sick when he wakes up. I will be updating his CB page later tonight so please feel free to stop by.
