I can vouch for the beignets, I've had a couple in my lifetime living in NOLA!

Ditto~I've have several orders of them at a New Orleans inspired Dallas area resturant~yummy. The Cafe du Monde is a must stop in the Big Easy for tourists.

World's Scariest Meal!!!!! This piece of fish was as big as my forearm!!! Tasted fine, but I couldn't look at it - and Meg couldn't eat hers and ended up switching for Rhonda's Shephard's Pie.

Mac 'n cheese -

Ron got the soup and sandwich combo - potato leek and roast beef

Great pictures!!! Did the fish taste good?? We have ADR's for March for dinner and my husband is 1/2 scottish and can't wait to try this place. He was going to order the bangers and mash (he grew up on this) but he noticed the fish. Keep the pictures coming ...

This is probably a really stupid question, but how do you eat salad in a vase? Do you yank pieces out, put them on your plate, and mix them all together yourself? I've never seen anything like that. I must say that the chicken looks delicious!

This is probably a really stupid question, but how do you eat salad in a vase? Do you yank pieces out, put them on your plate, and mix them all together yourself? I've never seen anything like that. I must say that the chicken looks delicious!

Didn't think about explaining this - sorry, should have! It comes as you see - with a small dish of dipping sauce (a spicy Chinese salad dressing, if you will).

You pluck and dip.

And maybe I'm imagining it, but both times I've had it - no one else in the place had one in front of them... but within 10 minutes, we saw a bunch pop up around the room... I'm such a trendsetter!

Ummm... is that a sausage or a dessert? I'm thinking sausage... There's pork Schnitzel on the menu at Biergarten in Germany.

The tuna sandwiches here are soooo good that I don't have a single picture of one!

But here's a Garden Galley Salad - mixed greens with chicken, pecans, pineapple and feta cheese

By the time the salad bowl got to me, THIS is what was left -

Beans, potatoes, stuffing, turkey, beef, ham, mac 'n cheese, gravy. And Captain Jack dressed as Tinkerbell for the Halloween Party.

Dessert is apple cobbler... yum!!!

This is really great! Love all the food pictures. I'm having a Disney withdrawal as of late and decided to get back to the boards and look around.
We ate at Columbia Harbour House and had the salad and tuna sandwich as well... SOOOO good!
