He was a Happy Meal toy from last summer. My now-19 year old daughter got him (I know, I know... ) and I stole him for last year's trip.(I know, I know... )

She's gone on to college in Seattle, and Jack stays with me and goes on Disney trips!

Yup, that's me! I was putting the proper Captain Jack on the Cap'n Jack's Restaurant sign!

That's my, "What are you thinking?" face... my kids see it a lot...

This used to be called the Strike It Rich sundae - butter pecan ice cream with butterscotch sauce and vanilla ice cream with hot fudge. They changed the name, but the ice cream remains the same! I can't remember what they call it now, but I ordered the Strike It Rich and the guy knew which one I meant!
