So, just some quick notes:
*We're now at LESS than two months. Which I'm sure all of you know, but that's just CRAZY to me. I never thought we would get this close!!! (Not like I thought Chris and I would break up or something, but you all know what I mean.)

*I had to have a tooth pulled on Thursday--- a back molar, so you can't tell. But it hurts and I'm grumpy about it. Wah wah wah, I know.

*Our budget has now been updated with our semi-final guest count of 21 people (I have a strong feeling Chris's BIL won't be coming, but what do I know...) and we're now under budget! We have somewhere between $300 and $800 to meet our minimum--- Christy told me we were at $9200, but when I added it up it was $9700, so one of us is bad at math. Well, I know I am, but she could be too! I know I posted this in the main forum already, but how would you spend the money? I'm pretty sure I want the major domo. (Yes, I realize he's more than $300 haha.) I'm not really even sure what he does, and I don't think he fits in with my theme, but I want him! (Please read that in a bridezilla voice.)

*I think I might go buy myself something today to congratulate myself for getting into TFA. I'm allowed, right? (DF bought me the carriage charm for my bracelet--- I love it!)

*I'm almost done making my tea favors! I just need some more burgundy ribbon. And, let me tell you girls, this is the fanciest tea I have ever seen. It has rosebuds in it! Rosebuds!

*I think I'm going to start on our welcome folders this weekend too. I guess I have to go to Target and buy some folders... aww, shucks...

So who cares?! I'll come, and me and you can sit over there posing for drawing for hours on end!! Sounds like a solid plan to me! But if you want the Domo, I say go for it!
-I think you should go buy yourself something pretty! You deserve it. Getting picked for TFA is a HUGE accomplishment!!! I told Charley I had to look through my stuff, so I could find some gloves and a scarf for the Xmas party. He said I could just wait and try to find a Mickey scarf and some gloves when we get down to the World!! How awesome is that?!?!? Don't you just love getting new stuff? lol
-Wow fancy tea! Roses?! That's ! Yes, it's bananas. Don't you like how I used that little dancing banana twice in this post.. for 2 different meanings?!!? Snazzy, I know!
-Yay welcome folders! FYI, we got our Mickey Mouse folders from Wal-Mart. They were like 97 cents a piece before tax.

And no updates are silly! I like updates... and exclamation points!!!!

But seriously.. time seems to be flying by. It seems like I got married so long ago. And it hasn't even been 2 months. lol And now it's almost you're wedding! CRAZY!! I'm so excited for you though. I love that you have extra money in the budget and I am rooting for the major domo! I think that's one of the things that is really unique to having a Disney wedding and if you can afford it I think it would be really fun touch.

-My tooth is FINALLY feeling better. But then I had to get a filling and go to class and I sounded like I had a mouth full of cotton--- but there were only FOUR of us in class that day, so I talked a lot. My professor laughed. (How's that for a ton of detail???)
-My family is notorious for hating having their pictures taken--- granted, Chris's family is narcissistic and obsessed with images of themselves. But I like Domo better.
-I bought myself something really pretty! Did you get a new scarf? I saw a picture of a really cute glittery sequin scarf and matching scarf. So I hope you got that.

So, apparently I went another 8 days without posting. But I'm not being a bad disbride, I promise! Nothing that exciting has happened in wedding world. I leave in 44 days, but I feel like time is just DRAGGING. Isn't it time to go to Walt Disney World yet?! I forgot to post about this, BUT did you all hear that they extended the Osborne Lights?!?!! I am SO excited. I saw them in 2009, and they were kind of the most amazing thing ever, and I am so excited I get to see them again. DF has never seen them, so he's not that excited--- but he doesn't get excited about anything. (Except the new Legend of Zelda game that came out today. He was so eager he couldn't sleep! It was kind of cute.)

Anyway, onto the wedding stuff. Here is what I've accomplished in the last 8 days:
-We sent in the stuff for our marriage license, and got an email back with the paperwork we have to have notarized. Now we just have to get our lazy butts to the notary, and we'll hopefully have the marriage license soon.
- I made our welcome folders! Walmart has some pretty kick butt Mickey Mouse folders for 97 cents. (Thanks again, Jen.) They're not terribly exciting, but they're done, which is all that matters.
-My favors are officially done. I know I don't really NEED favors in addition to the chocolate place cards, but I wanted them. They're cute, no?

-I purchased all of the sheet music we need for our ceremony, and I made a playlist of songs for the reception. (Just lovey, background music type songs.) I have separate play lists for the first dance, father-daughter dance, and the cake cutting. (Do you get to play a song for the cake cutting? I don't really know, but I want to play the background theme from Love Actually.) I'm now just waiting for DF to get the music for this obscure instrumental piece from LOST, and then I can email all of the stuff to Christy. He has to take some screenshots to get it though (ugh, it's a long story) and he NEVER does stuff when I ask him to, and I can tell he's going to get yelled at about this one.
-Speaking of Christy, I have a phone call scheduled with her for November 30th to go over our BEO and to make sure I understand everything on it. So that's spiffy.
-I realized I never posted a picture of Becky's Matron of Honor dress! Here she is:

-I also have finally talked to Lacy, and she has her dress. She doesn't have the sash she bought to go with the dress, but at least she has a dress. If she doesn't get the sash, the world will go on, I suppose.
-I bought myself this dress to congratulate myself on TFA, and it's totally a wedding related dress:

It's even prettier in person. It sparkles!

Unfortunately, I might not be on a lot this week. My dad is coming in tomorrow morning and he's staying until Saturday morning. He's pretty excited--- I don't get to see my family much anymore--- but I just pray we don't kill each other. And he judged me hardcore for Black Friday shopping, but nothing can stop me!

I'll try not to go so long without updating again!

Great job coming in under budget! The Domo idea! Paul is intrigued by the Domo, but I think for our event it might be overkill. Plus the girls would be heartbroken, since they want to carry the rings down the aisle.

Love the favors! Very cute! As you said, you don't technically need them, but they are cute. We are probably doing Mickey Ears for everyone (I want that picture!), but I love the idea of little pink chinese takeout boxes with candy inside with a sticker with our (tbd) wedding logo on each. (Not that I have thought about this idea at all!)

Great MOH dress! And great dress for you!

* So awesome about the Osborne lights! I've never seen them. And funny about your DF never getting excited except about video games - DH is the same way! A game, Skyrim, came out last week and it's just been that nonstop. I can't even be around him when he's with friends or his brothers because it's literally ALL they talk about!

-I'm glad your tooth is better! You can never have too much detail. It's needed, believe me.
-We hate taking pics. The whole time Charley and I have been together, I think we've had our pics taken once! I know it's just that shocking!! It doesn't bother me so much as it does him. (I've given him no choice on the 1st year anniversary shoot with Randy!!)
-I guess you can get the Domo. He does actually sound pretty cool. I'll have to make sure I get his pics while I'm sneaking around there!!
-I did not get a scarf. I did see the sparkly scarves. I also saw a dark plaid 1 that had Mickey at the end, and it kind of had a crinkle effect. I think I might get it when we go back in Dec. It just really wasn't cold this weekend, so I didn't see the need in spending the money.
-I'm glad you got the folders. I thought they were super cute.. and that it was meant to be when Charley found them.

On to comment on your plans..
- for Osbourne Lights. We've never seen them, but we plan on doing that in Dec. We are very excited!!!

-I think I'm actually really bad at Black Friday. I never get there TOO early--- usually I'm at Target around 5am or so? But I also never try to get any electronics, and that's what you need to get there early for. Stores usually have lots of DVDS/CDs/etc. BUT who knows how that will be with stores opening at MIDNIGHT this year! My main goal for BF this year is clothing--- Chris needs a new wardrobe so badly, so that's what he's getting from me.

-Had your pics taken, like... professionally? Prior to our engagement shoot, we NEVER had! We didn't even go to prom because he didn't want to.

Oh, I do so love that song, too! We recently finished up the entire series (Doug hadn't watched much past the first season, and I, being the good girlfriend at the time, purposely didn't watch the last episode.) So like 18 months later, I finally got to see it. And...mixed feelings. Desmond and Penny just make me so happy. And that episode? Oh, the sobbing! Peter and I completed our playlist. Who would have thought that so much work went into a playlist? I was working on it alone and then Peter got involved. (Thank god he did because I was not even thinking about the flow of the songs. He arranged the songs so they flow properly)

You totally deserve that dress and it is going to look gorgeous on you!!! You are rocking all these pretty dresses!!!!

I go Black Friday shopping every year. It’s crazy but it’s so much fun, all you need is a strategy. My family judges me but I don’t care, there are good deals out there. Last year I got all the stuff Peter and I would need when we moved out. I have been looking at the ads this year and noticed that the deals are not as great. I compared a lot of the items I got last year to this year’s prices and everything went up. We made our shopping list for every store that we want to go to. This year we plan on just getting a few items and having fun because there is not too much that we need. The people where I live get pretty crazy. Last year Peter walked around Wal-Mart with a helmet on from the sports department and a bat. LOL! he was just having fun and he didn’t really use it.

-I think I'm actually really bad at Black Friday. I never get there TOO early--- usually I'm at Target around 5am or so? But I also never try to get any electronics, and that's what you need to get there early for. Stores usually have lots of DVDS/CDs/etc. BUT who knows how that will be with stores opening at MIDNIGHT this year! My main goal for BF this year is clothing--- Chris needs a new wardrobe so badly, so that's what he's getting from me.

My Disney Store is opening at midnight so I'm thinking about going, depending on what deals they offer. I don't know how early to get there because I suspect the vinylmations will probably be the most popular items! But I don't think they're super huge in this area so I'm not sure how many people will be there for them? Since it's midnight I don't want to spend the entire evening waiting... maybe just get there an hour or two early? It'll also depend on the deals that Disney Store is supposed to announce tomorrow and if I think they're worth it!
