I've signed up

Ok I signed up for QR and CR....I even answered my first trivia question. Seems like in order to get any points I have to sign up for books, dvd's, etc. The free sample sites take me to other things I need to register for. Am I doing this right? I would love to earn Disney Dollars but I'm not sure this is for me.

You don't have to sign up for anything if you don't want to.
I do the daily trivia and the daily clicks.
If I plan to purchase something online I make sure I go to one of the reward sites so I get points or a % of what I purchased.

I don't earn very much, but over time it adds up. To me, every little bit helps.

SSCHRO3, I agree with you that there are alot of offers they you want to sign up for. I do the trivia every day and I do the clicks. I do nothing that requires signing up for free trials or giving out my credit card number. So far I have made $1.01 (most of that for signing up for a free quote from Ford)

Either way I figure that I won't be going to Disney until next year so even if I can earn $25-30 Disney Dollars that would be great!!

I only do the clicks and e-mails with QR and have never signed up with my credit card for anything through their site. I put in for $25 Disney Dollars on 1/31/06 and am up to $10.50 again since then! They are very quick to send them out also. (Can't remember when I started with them last year or what I made through them.)

With Creationsrewards, in 9 months I made 95 Disney Dollars from them. I made a few online purchases through them at Office Max and for a half-price entertainment book but most of the points are from clicks and e-mails.

If you have not read this thread at the top of this board, I would suggest that you do since it has a lot of information about reward programs, including the suggestion to use a separate e-mail address for rewards!! http://www.disboards.com/showthread.php?t=765775

I just registered for CR, I have a question, I was awarded one point for a trivia question, but I went to a couple of their "click" sites, and I waited for the language to read that I had been credited for visiting, but the points are not in my account. Is there a 24 hour delay or something, before the points appear in your account when you just visit a website?

Found this on the "earn" page, all the way down on the left in the blue box: "Most offers credit to your account within 48 hours, but some can take up to 14 days." For the "site visits" though they do get added right away. (did you try refreshing the page?)

Don't forget online shopping, especially around Christmas~ that's when I rack up some points.

If you plan to buy anything from a store like Childrens Place, Staples or Target ....or order an Entertainment Book....or rent a car or reserve a hotel room....... or anything like that.... ALWAYS check with CR and QR FIRST!

I find that you earn more $$$ than from MyPoints and they credit you and PAY you a lot faster!

Many times you'll be surprised that there's a shopping link that will earn you points for something you were going to buy anyway!

Absolutely!!! Just purchased the entertainment book half-price through CR and received 500 points!! I told everyone in my family to check with me first before they order anything online so I can check CR (My Points too)!! Gotta love those Disney Dollars!!

I never enter my credit card information either. I do the paid clicks, emails, surveys, free signups, trivia and sometimes I will shop online through them but not very often at all. I think the only reward site I have shopped online through so far is actually mypoints. Sunshine rewards is the only one that comes to mind to me that you won't get get nearly as much money if you don't do the credit card signups.

I just started rewarding since the end of January so almost 3 months. For QR I have 20 dollars and CR I'm about halfway between 15 and 20. That's without doing any of the paid signups!

It really is a quick and easy way to earn what I consider free disney dollars!
