My first job when I was a kid was working at a Gold's Gym. I think this is hysterical. The best is when he actually uses the equipment he's lifting only like 10 lbs.

Wow, personally I think it's awful that this guy is video taping anyone at the gym. It just seems so wrong to me. The guy isn't hurting anyone and the guy taping seems to be doing it to make fun of the guy.

For starters, judging by the shape that guy is in, his "routine" seems to be working for him. And the jabroni with the camera...yeah, the one with the New Yawk accent that sounds like he's chewing on my face ("lemme AKS you") sounds like an ignorant meat head.

Aww, I wasn't trying to make fun of him. I just thought it was funny. More power to him. And yes, I'm sure he does more lifting than whatever he was doing in the video. He's in great shape.

In the grand scheme of things, I think it's much more tacky and tasteless to video tape somebody in the gym and post it on the Internet than to ask someone for a specific gift for a bridal shower...

I would suggest everyone that has stated they think the guy who recorded this was mean should also downvote the video.

That was me, and MY ENTIRE FAMILY talks like that too (Both parents, both sisters, all 40+ aunts/uncles/cousins and all four of my deceased Brooklyn born and raised grandparents). I was born and raised on Long Island and the fam still lives there. Moved to NC when I was 26.

That's one guy from Brooklyn, not the entire population.

And although my mom and all my aunts/uncles and cousins talk with that accent, I don't have one as severe. I don't know why, maybe because I was raised by my mom (Brooklyn accent) and her boyfriend of 20 years (Turkish accent). People can normally tell I'm from NY but I don't sound as bad as my mom. It's not by choice, I wouldn't choose to change my accent as I'm proud of being a New Yorker.

I did not go very far in reading the posts under it--but there seemed to be quite a few from people who have seen him at that gym--seems he s a regular and this is typical for him. He probably knew he was being filmed and does not care anymore--he must be pretty good at tuning out negative stuff.
