After a little bit of an absence from this board, I'm pleased to announce, i'm back off to Disney

Girlfriend has come over with a highly extreme form of the Disney virus on her 1st ever trip to Disney last August, and its really showing!

25th-28th March in the Sequioa Lodge, booked Montana, but showing up as standard on confirmation, so need to call to find out about that... Anyone had any problems like that in the past?

Really excited, and already working out what we're going to do first!

Changed our original travel dates though as they didn't have any rooms to offer us in the Sequioa Lodge on arriving on the 26th march. And hardly any 20% off rooms left by the sounds of things. Are these holiday dates for somewhere that I didn't realise?

They only have a certain number of rooms at the 20% offer, so once they are booked thats it unless they release some more.

Has anyone had the problem of been booked into a different room to the one they were quoted for?

On the phone the CM definitely said Montana room, and my confirmation says Standard. Tried calling, and the person on the other end didn't seem to know anything and said nothing they can do.

Technically I have been missold, but it would be nice to try and get it amended. If they were to listen to the recording they do of the phone calls then they would see that I was told Montana.

Anyone got any advice or tips?
