I've heard that one of the exit's becomes an entrance?

I've heard that one of the exit's becomes an entrance? Some one told me that the only exit, becomes an another entrance at 9:00 , but it had been a few years since she had gone. She thought it was good to line up at the exit, because at 9, it was switched to an entrance, can anyone vouch for this to be true?
