Firstly specsavers messed up my contact lens order so that i wouldn't have enough for my trip next Saturday. With a lot of complaining and they have managed to sort it out- i'll probably have loads now but it did take a lot of calls and complaining to get it worked out.

Then, I got a call on Friday from See Tickets who I had booked tickets to see Dave Gorman at the Lowry tonight to say they had messed up and the tickets I have are no longer valid! I'm off to meet my sister and Brother-in-law for Dinner next door then will wave them off as they go into the show and we'll come home. How rotten is that. To make it worse it's my brother-in-law's birthday night out so its spoilt it for them as well. See tickets have been rubbish. Firstly they didn't call when they said they would. When I called they told me there wasn't anyone in customer sevices despite telling me the day before they were open till 5pm on a Saturday and it was only 4:30pm. When i asked the girl for the name of the manager for customer services she put the phone down! When i called back they told me there was someone in customer services. She offered tickets to the show next March and I thought it was all sorted until they rang me again today to as me to pay £2.75 for postage. I was so mad at this point I could have burst and when I asked the man why they sold tickets they never had he shouted at me! I asked him to get the mananger to call me back tomorrow because I could feel myself losing my temper which is a realy rare thing but I explode terribly and feel horrible after, although not ususally as bad as the person I loose it with as i become strangely articulate!

Anyway thats my moaning out of the way. It's a good job I had a great time last night seeing Coldplay in Manchester otherwise it would have been a rotten weekend.:goodvibes

Oh thats dreadful, what a shame, I love Dave Gorman as well, glad you enjoyed Coldplay:thumbsup2
