I like my last day to be laid back. Get up late and go to the parks, maybe DHS and ride TSMM one last time. Then have a light lunch at a monorail resort, probably look around a bit and then head over to the MK. Depending on what time my ADR is, I'd go back to the room and relax mid-afternoon and then get ready for dinner. Dinner would be at California Grill, ideally during fireworks. We always like to finish every trip at the MK, so that's a nice way to say "good-bye."
