It's your last day in WDW and...

...you've been to all the parks multiple times and eaten at pretty much every 1TS restaurant and both CRT and Yahtsman. You want your last evening to be special. The cast members are 4 adults (2 seniors, 2 early 40s) and 2 children (15 and 6).

What would you do? Give me your day's itinerary, including meals and parks...

I'm having a tough time deciding what to do for the last day, especially as it relates to which restaurant to end our day at.

You've never been to Hoop de doo Revue? Then that's what you need to do. 2 credit dinner show that is amazing. Includes all the beer and wine you care for and the tip.

We usually do Ohana our last night, followed by Pina Colodas on the beach while watching Wishes. The last day we usually go to Epcot and use our last QS because we have to catch ME at 5:30pm. We just kinda linger in Future World, all depressed and mopey...

Our last day, we are going to Cape May breakfast buffet and go to DTD to do some shopping. Head back to our resort YC and take a nap. Go to Mk and dinner at CRT and attend MVMCP.

I'm trying to decide if we eat at a TS in one of the parks and, if so, which one? Or, do we go someplace special like California Grill or Narcoosee's and then watch fireworks or....?

Our last meal at WDW is usually Liberty Tree Tavern for lunch right when they open for lunch at 11:30. After lunch we head back to the car and head for home.

We always see Wishes our last night there and then work backwards. We usually choose a dinner somewhere on the monorail route so we can get to MK easily. Since we'll be at MK at night we choose another park, usually Epcot, earlier in the day. Midday we try to get back to the resort and just relax around the pool and have a Pina Colava....we try not to cry.

I would pick a favorite park and ride my favovorite rides, then eat at one of my favorite restaurants. So, I'd go to MK, ride POC then go eat at Kona Cafe, then go back and watch wishes from the train station inside MK. What are your favorites, this might help you decide!!! Have fun planning.

Epcot has traditionally been the last park to visit in my family. We usually hang around World Showcase for one more beer/wine and eat at a QS place. We hope over to Future World and ride Spaceship Earth five thousand times then go back to World Showcase for another beer/wine (obviously we were lying to ourselves earlier in the day ). After that it's usually time to take the boat back to the hotel. That's my family at least!

With your cast and experiences, I'd end with Wishes during dinner at California Grill. Before that, I'd try to soak up as much atmosphere as possible at MK and notice the details. There's always so much I miss because we are rushing around.

I'd buy some yummy things at the Main Street Bakery to take home, browse the shops, try to find PUSH--the trash can in Tomorrowland, go for a nighttime Jungle Cruise (I like that attraction so much more at night--BTMRR too,) seek out the photopass photographers to take pics of my family, look for the Randy Pausch quote over at the Mad Tea Party...I could go on and on!

Our last FULL day consists of a day at AK. We have early morning ADRs for Donald's Breakfast Safari (before the park opens) then doing a CS somewhere for lunch (Flame Tree BBQ will be closed for refurb while we are there ), and then for dinner we are heading over to AKL for dinner at Boma (first time eating here and very excited). Now on our departure day, since our plane doesn't take off until 7:42pm, we will be spending all day in MK. However for breakfast we are doing 1900 Park Fare (before MK opens) then for lunch it is Tony's Town Square.

I spent ALOT of time wondering what to do our last day/night as well. I'm taking DD9 and DS7 for their first trip, so we don't have any experience to draw upon!

I've changed my plans many times. First, I was going to do HDDR (then decided to move it to a night earlier in the week). Then I was going to do Cali Grill and watch Wishes from there and head over to MK E EMH afterwards. Then I cancelled that and decided to keep the day totally 'free' and go back wherever we wanted to with no locked in ADRs.

Now I have us booked for the 'Pirates and Pals' cruise that leaves from the Contemporary around 7:45 our last night. We'll watch Wishes on the cruise (and hopefully the Electrical Water Parade). If the kids want to, we'll head over to MK E EMH afterwards.

I'd have breakfast at Boma and spend half a day at MK and half at Epcot. I'd eat around World Showcase that evening and have a Mickey Bar for dessert.

It is our tradition to do MK on our last night so we usually eat at Ohana and then head over to MK for the evening for last chances on rides, shopping, and fireworks.

This year we are ending our last day at Cali Grill. We will be watching Spectromagic on Main Street by the train station then hustle over to the Contemporary to watch Wishes from up top on the deck , then a closing dinner with a great view! It already makes me sad to think about it

I am desperatly trying to come up with ADR's. I love MK but it closes early so I am not sure if doing a lunch or early diner is a good option

Our last night we always have a nice dinner at CG or Narcooses this time its Flying Fish and then we have the whole day since our flight doesn't leave till 6p (eventhough we have to leave ME at 3). I think we'll sit by the pool!!!! - but we'll be back in Feb so I know I don't have to see everything.

We always have "family choice" for our last day or two. This is how it works:

We have three boys, and their preferences/favorites change almost every time (and ours do too!) So towards the end of our trip, everyone in the family lists their favorites/priorities (either things they want to do again or things we didn't get to on the trip yet.) And then we develop a plan together for the last day or two - we usually do this at dinner one night towards the end of the trip and it's really fun. The boys are completely involved in coming up with a strategy to get in all the remaining priorities and figure out the necessary compromises.

The only catch is ADRs - I make ADRs way in advance of the trip at centrally located spots. If the ADRs don't fit into our plans, I check in at Guest Relations to change them.
