Please put me in the 5:30 to 6 hour group. That's what I've been training for. I'm doing R4/W2 but I only maintain that for about 12 miles right now. I want to have fun and take pictures...I've never really done that for the last two halfs.
I think I would need a longer walking interval. I am going out for 17 miles tomorrow, so we will see what I can do throwing in a few running intervals, I hope I don't hurt too much.Colleen - I am training with a 4R/2W and 3R/2W. I am leaning more towards the 3/2 because I can maintain that for the longer distances. I am also like Mel and want pictures. I also want the freedom to be able to stop for a potty break and not feel like I am fleeing from the sweepers!!! I would love to have company for those 6 hours, so let me know!!!!
