We're off to JFK in about 1 hour, and we'll be at the World still in time for some fun. I'll probably be up all night. I hope my husband can stand the heat (we joke HE'S having hot flashes. I'm hoping it's not too crowded.

We'll be at the Hilton: a big tall dark-haired 40-something with his little blond thirty-something.

I just wanted to thank the board for all the great advice. I think this board is the Second Happiest Place on Earth!

This will be a magical trip, enjoy everything that you can!! :thumbsup2

The first time that we flew out of JFK was a real experience. Growing up we normally flew out of EWR and now we go to PHL, but the fares at the time were significantly cheaper out of JFK (Song just started) so me made the trek down the LIE. Anyway, when we were getting our luggage back at the airport, I was reading the signs about buses to long term parking lots. I had no idea that there were multiple long term lots at JFK and I had no idea which one I was in. I only knew which stop I needed to get off. I began to panic, but then I asked somebody next to me and he said that my stop sounded like it was 3 stops before mine. When I left on the bus, I told my wife if I'm not back in one hour, then panic. It all worked out and I was back in about 35 min.
