You have lots of great fireworks shots, for all your talk of not being a great photographer! I find fireworks shots to be some of the hardest to get! (Of course, I use a point-n-shoot, so maybe that's why?) I do really like the one with the black castle, too - looks spooky!

haha, thank you! Buying the SLR camera has DEFINITELY made all firworks shots possible..I can't even imagine the greatness I could get if I had a real lens and actually knew how to use all the settings! Then I would prolly post pages full of great pics LOL I like the black castle one for the same reason..it's spooky disney!

The saddest day of them all..Our last park day

Today was bittersweet. On one hand it was John's birthday, and on the other hand, it was our last park day! Kelly was also leaving today... I think she was gone before we even left CSR for the day. All I remember is her having a super early flight!

As always we finish our WDW stay with the park we started with..Magic Kingdom! It is the first and last things I want to see when we get there! Today we had an earlyyyyy seating at Crystal Palace! John wasn't too thrilled to be waking up so early on his bday and on the day before we have such a long drive...sawwwwwy dude, birthday or no birthday, I want pics in an empty park!

We got to the MK parking lot and parked ours, then headed over to the monorail...I wanted Jack to get his last fixes of the monorail; while he could! He like I guess most boys, LOVED the monorail!

Unfortunately my lens was foggy from the climate changes..so please excuse all blurry beginning photos!

So apparently the early bird DOES get the worm! Although I hate waking up early, it is definitely worth it!

When we walked in there was a due with a disney stroller full of pins for trading..we were all out of traders, but it was still cool!

Wouldn't it be sooo cool to win a day in the MK empty with just 100 of your closest friends and family?? God, I would kill me a someone for that lol!

The guys went ahead as Sophia and I took pics of as much as we could before breakfast..once breakfast was over the parks would be a bit more filled!

Sophia took advantage of the emptiness and got some photopass shots. i still don't have those pics yet, but the guy was nice enough to use my camera too! so I have some!

Finally it was time to head over to Crystal Palace to meet the boys and hopefully get seated pronto... Took some more pics while we waited..what else is new lol

Then our name was called... pretty much on time!

Oh.. *A* decoration for John's birthday..you shouldn't have..no really you shouldn't have..what the heck is this pitiful looking thing?? Where the mickey head confetti??

Last year we did not love this place at all..it was our least fav of all our breakfasts. BUT Sophia loves it, so I said maybe we judged it unfairly, lets give it another go! The character interaction last year was good though! It was also good this year... the food, eh.. wasn't great, wasn't terrible. But at least it was breakfast and hot..last year we must have had the last breakfast seating and the food was yuck cold and they were switching to lunch! We would eat here again, but probably not next year!

CP also does a waving of the napkins, much like Chef Mickey's!

Here is the ONE food that is the BOMB at CP..it's "puffed french toast"..basically a doughnut! Nothing french or toast about it! But man is it good! If we do go back, this right here is the reason!!

We were done eating, but had a couple more characters to wait for...and it was well worth it! Tigger! He was SO much fun! He was so silly with them..as you an tell they liked him! Made up for the dis the other night, I guess??

Then breakfast was done and it was time to have fun! All of a sudden my kids are alll ooooh ooh oooooh loook!1 I'm like oh it must be somehting cool.. It was this guy ;/

Gee..we don't have any of them in Pennsylvania! LOL! I mean good grief, it was a squirrel! I guess they thought it was cool that it was that close?? lol

Oh, I almost forgot to mention it earlier! Kayla was on a mission today to get to Tinkerbelles Treasures ( I think that's the name??) so she could wake Tink up! We hightailed it over there and she ran in and asked if anyone had woken her up yet today! They said no, and Kayla asked if she could! She was THRILLLLLED when they said yes she could!

THEN.. not 5 mins later, another little girl walked in and asked if Tink could be woken up..and they let her do the same thing!! Kayla's heart was broken!! I was sooo pissed! I pulled her aside and told her that she was really the one who woke her first, and they prolly just rigged it so that smaller children could get a turn. She bought it, since the little girl couldn't have been more than three. But lemme tell you, I was mad! I guess anyone that goes in now can wake her up?? So warning for those that are planning on trying to do it!

Today we wanted to get as much done in Fantasyland as possible. Normally it is our first stop..and this year it was neglected..guess that happens as your kids get older?? Kinda bummed me out!BUT, I was trying to go with the flow on this trip..hahahahah..

I LOVE That attraction!! Next stop was one of my favs!

Then it was off to ride the Pooh ride...

Then we hit up the gift shop!

Then we did Haunted Mansion..again..still couldn't get any shots lol.. it looks ghostly at least lol

We bought one of these Jack's last year!

Then we saw Donald, dressed up as Davey Crockett! John said we HAD to stop! John is a fan of Donald and really liked this get up!

At this point I think Jophia wanted to head back to the resort so they could rest up. Or we just split up..I can't recall to be honest! John took Jack over to Peter Pan to use our fast passes while Kayla and I?? well idk..cause I don't have any pics lol! john however has a pic of jacvk in the PP que...

Good times huh?? Poor John! We met back up and decided it would be best if John and Jack head back to the room for a rest! We didn't want him to be overly grumpy for John's bday dinner!

*Next up- Kayla and Mommy have a girls day afternoon! Amazing what the two of us can accomplish when we are solo! Who did we meet, what did we eat..and the journey to the birthday dinner and ANOTHER surprise!!

We went in about 2 pm one afternoon and they let my daughter wake up Tink. I thought that was strange that no one had done it that day. I was glad that I did not know until I got home that it could not be done anytime of the day!

My nine year old was reading along and she was surprised that your daughter got to meet him too! She thought he was a special character that only she found! It was too funny!

my camera wouldnt allow me to take no flas shots..like i said i'm new to it lol. Last year my point and shoot let me take pics, so I have those. thanks for the offer though..maybe it is a sign that I should follow the rules and not take pics....
