Wed. September 16, 2009- Know what today is?? The trips is half over day BOOOO!

Today was also another SUPER EARLY wake up! Sophia, I know we can sleep when we are dead..but what about when we feel dead?/ Can't we sleep in then too?? Obviously today was a rough wake up day! But 6 am rolled around, the call from stitch came and I was up and at em! Any guesses where we were going to be today?? My faithful PTR followers should know my sched by heart! For you newbies, today was our first day in Epcot! Future World to be precise. We were also having breakfast with both crews at Akeshu's! We got to Epcot right around 7:30,and John was annoyed that we got there so early..oops. Little did he remember the hike it is from the front of the park to Norway! Plus, has he met me?? I stop every 2 feet to take pictures! Speaking of pics....

As you can see, it was a great idea that we got to Epcot early!!! Not to mention how many people that were NOT there! I love empty park pics! Kelly got there a bit later than we did, but on time. While we wiated guess what I did...??

Anyone remember our experience with Belle last year? yeah, we didn't like her. Well guess what?? We got the same Belle this year!! LOL. She was much friendlier this year! Since we had such a big group we were able to get 3 separate pics!

and hey..guess what happened again?? seated at separate tables! But the tables were at least next to each other again. Our waiter was very tall and very thin..and kinda flaming Norwegians have awesomeeeeee skin! and beautiful eyes. I am jealous of every Norwegian girl I see! Anywho, moving on!

I am a big fan of this breakfast.. I like the cold buffet! I love the salami and cheese lol That sounds kind of ghetto... I also love the cheesy potato thing theyy give you with the hot plated food! I'm not sure if everyone else liked their meal, but I sure did! I also LOVE the decor in here!

So not only was breakfast awesome as usual, but the princess line up was amazing!!! The first to stop by was Aurora! Kelly's mom was smitten! She is one of her favorite princesses! Lily was loving it!

Then it happened! The moment I had been waiting for since I was a little girl. Their she was in all her beautiful radiance, Snow White! everyone knew I was hoping to meet her, and as soon as I saw her, I turned red. Tears came to my eyes..Kelly's mom was teasing me at first (jokingly) and then she realized I was really tearing and for real overwhelmed.. I feel like a queer sharing this with all of you... I always think it is weird to see adults obsessed with the characters, and here I was this little girl all over again! and good grief, she was SPOT ON! John said she was sent there just for me seeing as how perfect she was! So there ya go, another first! Btw, jack knows how much I love Snow White, and he kept saying, lok mommy you favorite..mawweeee!

After Ariel came Cinderella.. not the first time we met her. She was a good Cinderella though!

Needless to say, my life felt complete after this breakfast!! Yay for fulfillment! After breakfast we all decided we would head to Future World. I had a plan for Epcot and I was sticking to it..mostly!

We bought a canon rebel xsi a few months ago! I lOVE it! Although I would love to upgrdae my lens soon! and I need to take a class because I haveno clue how to *really* use the camera!

I would definitely do akershu's! and tusker house! I really enjoyed both of them! Idk who normally is at tusker house, but minnie and tigger were not there for our meal.

Dreams do come true.. that was how I felt after meeting Snow White Just thought I would mention it again..in case you didn't get that the first time

Anyone remember the Viking ship?? Did anyone else love it as much as we do/did?? Yeah well here is what has become of it:

Say what?? We were bummed to see it was really gone.. Not like I didn;t know before I went, but I was hoping it was all a big joke. It wasn't, it's gone. For real for real.

As we were nearing Future World I saw Marie from Aristocats !! and NO line! I do not recall seeing her in many pics or trip reports, so I was STOKED! So was Kayla! I made her get up and run like a wild woman over there, to assure we got there before anyone else LOL How cute is Marie??

While we were getting the autographs and pics with Marie the water fountain started shooting awesome water everywhere..and they had Yanni playing in the background. Yes I am soo lame for knowing that! But I heart Yanni every now and again! Especially the song they were playing! Turns out they were having a little ceremony thing for a bunch of new CM's! It was their first day! They looked so happy! I was kind of jealous..but not really, cause that would mean i was working and not playing LOL!

After all that excitement it was time to walk over to Test Track. I was crossing everything I could cross on my body that jack was tall enough to ride this ride...BUT no dice... he was not tall enough. Apparently the CM was really hoping he could ride too, cause she sat there a could 10 mins measuring him! Lily was also measured and couldn't ride and apparently threw a fit and they left.. In all of the excitement of Jack being measured for so long, I missed them leave. So we were down to my and Sophia's group!

As you can see he was not tall enough lol Poor kid was beside himself with saddness! He wanted sooo badly to ride this ride! I told john to go on with Kayla, seeing as I had gone on EE and ToT with her. Also, he is an auto mechanic, so cars are kinda his thing! I told them I would wait with Jack. OOOOF... he was NOT happy. He was just having a total melt down.. we got a few dozen looks as he freaked his business! OOOOH! look Jack, a shiny monorail..

He enjoyed that..for a second. LOL! Finally everyone came back from the ride. They enjoyed it We decided to check out innoventions next. We were hot again, and it was air conditioned and along the route I had planned..planned in my mind that is! I was excited to go here after reading Tinkgirl's TR! Unfortunately, the paper making station was not going today At least not when we were there! I was bummed. After I read about it in her TR, I was excited for Kayla and I to make paper! There was a TON of other cool stuff to do though!

We all decided to play the think green game. It was a carbon foot print station. Right up Kayla's alley! She loves being green, and really enjoyed finding out ways that we can be more green at home! Plus it was really cool to play all these games as a family team! Kayla named our team... we were team lover buns

We tried really hard to do well on this game..but jack wasn't much help during many of the games! I'll be curious to see how we do next year. If he will get games better??
