We got back to CSR and were all pretty beat! BUT we had another ADR to still go to!! I know I know! But there were so many places I wanted to try! We were supposed to try to swim after dinner tonight, but it started raining just as we pulled into the resort..Kayla was bummed.. I was secretly relieved LOL. Tonight we had ressies at Maya Grille. Jophia had eaten there a couple nights prior and loved it, so I was stoked to try it! I remeber liking the menu at home.
While everyone was getting ready i took some snap shots of my window again!

That's right! Green tree frogs!! They were evrrywhereeee! We loved stalking them lol!
Finally it was time for our ressie. We walked over to El Centro, which seemed to take a hot minute..especially in the drizzly annoying rain! But man, that place is beautifullll!! Honestly, everywhere you look you are surrounded by beauty..no pics cause of the rain though

I never could find many reviews or pics of Maya Grille so I took as many pics as I could!
The restaurant was pretty much empty when we were seated. I was surprised to be honest! But definitely ok with it! The lighting in there is dark, and a nice relaxing atmosphere is just what we needed! Our waiter was also super nice and great with explaining and suggesting ! I have to make a big mention about this, the kids menu!! It was awesomeeee! They had mozz stick or nachos as an app, and steak and other good meals as entrees!! on the kids menu!! Kayla felt like a grown up and really liked this menu!
For an app I had the pork empenada (sp?) this was delicious!

John had the Ceaser salad, it was wayyyy over dressed!
We also were given bread at the beginning of our meal. It had some sort of oil dip with something in it...sorry I suck with descriptions tonight!!
All was going well, and we were really enjoying our food! then all of a sudden as I'm trying to feed Jack, he falls asleep!! Like dead asleep! At first I thought he was joking! But then I really couldn't wake him up!
Poor baby was SOOOo tired! he had been running running running for the past 2 days and it finally caught up with him! Good thing he's my chubber lover or I would have been sad that he wasn't eating..but the extra meat on his bones would get him through the night I trusted
All in all apps were good! Although John's salad was a complete miss for me!
Then our entrees came out.
I had the portebello and steak skewers with a Parmesan potato. OMG.. that potato was amazinnnnnng! The steak...not so much.
John had the steak shoulder with Parmesan potato. He liked his quite a bit!!
Kayla had the steak with steak fries. hers was dry as all get out and she had some of my steak. She liked it!
Since Jack had fallen asleep John left right after dinner and ran back to the room to get the van..no way we could carry his dead weight that far back to hotel! In the mean time I texted Sophia and asked if she would like to join me for some shopping at Panchitos. She said yes, and John offered to drive her over! While John left Kayla and I ordered dessert. I had the Churros dish and it was yummy..not mind blowing, but good enough! I forget what Kayla had.. John had the camera and I wasn't able to get pics. I ordered John something chocolate to go!
Eventually I got the text that they were here and I headed toward Panchitos. Poor John looked so silly carrying his dessert and a very dead asleep Jack! I was excited to go shopping in here! this was supposed to be my chill out night..but good grief we were tiredddd! Next year no late night adr if we have lunch!
In panchitos I bought some stuff. I mainly remember buying a Coronado springs resort pin! We also went over to Cafe Rix I think it was to get my free mugs. I was able to get 3 since we were on the Dxdp. I kept 2 and gave one to Sophia. We didn't really need them and why not spread the wealth!
After we were done with our adventures there it was time to head back to our rooms! I was sooo tired! I think we were all sooo tired!
Today was an awesomeeee day and my heart was super happy! I felt like we accomplished all we set out to do with the exception of seeing Nemo. But hey, there is always next year!
