DD is 22 months old and she has more clothes than I do. As a matter of fact, her clothes area in my walk in closet is bigger than my area. Tell me that there is nothing wrong with that.

I went to Kohl's yesterday and got her 2 Disney nightgowns, a shirt, 2 purses and a poncho. princess: Everything was on sale or clearance so I got a great deal. But the girl has about 25 purses compared to my 1.

And, as a matter of fact, I have her wardrobe for our December WDW almost complete, hats, dresses, nightgown, pj's, sweaters, you name it, I probably have it.

After having 2 boys, I find it so hard to say no when I see something cute for her. Is there a support group for mothers like me? I need help!!!! I am a sucker for clearance sales and get toys and clothes that she will be able to use later on. I have to rearrange my closet to fit everything!

You are very normal! DD since the day she was born could go months without wearing repeat clothes.

I told Dh that kids spill and get dirty so its good to have alot.

She has a wardrobe in her room full of clothes for next winter that I got on sale this spring. I figure if I am going to spend the money why not get more bang for the buck? DD knows she is spoiled but as long as she isnt a brat it doesnt bother me!

There has never been a time when DD DIDN'T have more clothes than me, including when she came home from the hospital. :teeth:

I'm the same way when it comes to my DD. I'm actually in the process of ordering her stuff from Lands End. Everything is just so cute.

Kohl's is having a sale on Disney Princess nighties? Hmm, I have been looking for some for DD. She is only 14 months old but hey, she can grow into them. I love Kohl's for kiddie stuff.

My daughter has tons of clothes too. Not as much as I do-yet.

NO. you are not the only one... I can try to say this with a straight face..
if I do not have to shop for my kids over the next few years.... they would still do ok and have everthing they need !!

There are lots of good reasons:
1) kids clothes are WAY cheaper then adults. I can buy my kids an outfit for under $20. I cant even buy some self one piece of an outfit for that!

2) They get dirty, and need to change during the day.

3) They are growing so they always have to have new things. There is always some clothes a little big, some just right and some almost to small.

4) They are just so dang easy to buy for! No figure flaws to work around!

Maybe you don't want to hear this, but Kohl's has all of their Disney nightgowns 55% off. Actually I think it is character sleepwear, I got her a Disney princess nightgown and a Dora nightgown.

It is so comforting to know that I am not alone out there. DD had 22 pairs of shoes last year for summer and fall alone. It is hard to pass up a great buy when you see something on clearance or on sale.

I can totally sympathize. My DD is 2 1/2, way more clothes AND shoes than me. DS was 5 1/2 when DD was born, so I use that as my excuse. It's just so easy to find cute girl clothes vs boy clothes especially now that my DS moved up to size 8-10.

We are selling our house and when the agent was doing the walk-through for pictures, she came to DD's room and said, wow look at all the shoes she has. Our agent has 2 girls, 6 and 4.

I admit it too : I am a toddler shopaholic!
