It's packing day!!!!

4 days until we leave to see Mickey!
Hope we get everything to fit! 4 park days, 2 Halloween costumes and 2 dance costumes for DD dance performance at DCA Saturday...plus leave some extra room for souvenirs!!

Can't wait to get away and enjoy the Halloween party, WOC dessert party and BB Fantasmic and friends!

Sounds like you'll need to check luggage! We purposefully packed light (no Halloween costumes) so we wouldn't have to check anything.

Actually everything fit in our two carry ons!! Costumes aren't very much and were easy to pack.
We travel a lot and never check bags.

I'm packing too, even though we aren't leaving for another week. My son still doesn't know we're going, so I have to pack a little every night after he goes to bed. With four of us plus Halloween costumes, we are definitely checking a bag. I'm so impressed that you can get everything into your carry ons with all the costumes. Have the best time!

This actually will be our last trip to Disneyland for a very long time as we will be moving cross country to MA for DD to attend college for nursing degree. We are splurging in party and events to celebrate my late DH birthday, my birthday, DD half birthday and our 20th wedding anniversary. It's a little bittersweet, but know we will have an amazing trip!

Our costumes are easy . DD is Boo, so just pink shirt and purple leggings. Mine is t-shirt with Minnie head and tutu.
We travel a lot and have gotten pretty good, some trips are 8 days to Haiti where we have to bring everything we might/could need with us except for food with is included unless we want snacks. Can only use carry-on! I take it as a puzzle challenge lol

We packed yesterday too! Leaving next Saturday, but with DH and my work schedules, it was the last day we had together to really knock it out! I am so envious of you only doing carry on!! We are doing WDW first, then over to DLR, so I was impressed with myself for only having one checked bag! To be fair, I probably really could cram everything into our carry ons, but then no room for souvenirs - and with all the sneak peeks of fall merch and other stuff (looking at you, Epcot 35) I need plenty of room to bring stuff back! I hope your trip is amazing! We are so excited to do DLR for Halloween for the first time as well as Fantasmic!

Something tells me that we are from the same studio. My daughter Madison is in Journey.

I haven't even begun to pack. I have put Madison's Halloween costume in Ziplock bags to keep it condensed. She is going to be Stitch so I ended up making a tutu for it. Thankfully I am just a red Hawaiian dress so that won't take up space. We are going to the party on Wednesday evening (we fly in Wednesday morning). I have to get everything set aside today. She has to have her hair curled so I am having to bring her curl formers which are going to be taking up space. I can pack shoes after class tomorrow so no point in actually putting stuff in suitcases until tomorrow night. I am a little stressed because it's usually so easy to pack for Disney (I'm usually guilty of doing it the night before) but this year between Halloween and performing, we have a lot more stuff!

Yes costumes are taking up space. Zip locks work great to condense and keep it all together. Planning on getting lockers so we don't have to lug them around all day as we don't want to waste time going back to hotel.

Have fun at party, we are going Friday.
Flying in Wednesday night. See you around the parks. Hope we get dance schedule tomorrow and it doesn't mess up plans already made!

I am hoping for a schedule tomorrow as well. Although the only reservations that we have are Tortilla Joe's on Friday night (since there will be a party going on) and Fantasmic seating at Blue Bayou on Saturday. I totally spaced and didn't call until 11:00 am on the 60 day mark and we have a 7:20 reservation so we will be at the second show. We should not have any conflicting reservations with the class and performance time, I just want to know when it is! I have set things aside so I am starting to feel a little less stressed about packing the right things for costume and dance. Now I just have to get our transportation figured out to/from the airport since we are flying into SNA and out of LGB. I think Uber is going to be the winner. I'll be so much less stressed once I hear that music on Esplanade and we are there!

Last time we went they performed early afternoon, but yes having times will be easier to finish planning.

We are doing BB at 5:30 with first Fantasmic on Saturday.
And WOC dessert party Thursday night

I've always done shuttles. Going to LGB and heard they aren't allowing pick up there with uber/lift
