we've added a kitten to our family. We found him at a tag sale believe it or not. I'm glad we took him, he gets along great with my other cat and dogs. So now the total is: two dogs, two cats, one snake = 5 humans = 4

what do you have for pets?

Ummm let's see the kids are being good today, so I can't count them as monkeys! ;) We have a Big Old Dopey St. Bernard named Daisy, 2 older cats Tom & Belle, a 1 year old cat named Minnie-really should be called Spitfire-we think she was abused, the 2 new furbabies we kept from the Mom and kitties we saved Little Red & Tink, and a rat named Wendall-who lives in safety on our refrigerator so that Minnie will not eat him. We have to lock her in a room when he comes out for his daily jaunts! So that is 7 humans and 8 pets-NO MORE! One of the kids wants a fish and I put my foot down, ugh!;)

If you count goldfish, the pets out-number humans in our house, too. We have 2 dogs and 4 fish. We used to have a bunny and 2 hermit crabs, but they've died in the last couple of years.

They have always outnumbered us! It was 4 animals and 2 humans, but since Lady's passing it's 3 to 2.

2 cats
one spoiled ENglish Bulldog

Ok, I don't want to make you nervous or anything but I was watching Planet of the Apes last night and if any of your pets start talking, you should probably just pack a suitcase and get out of Dodge. Seriously, talking pets might sound cool at first but it ends up leading to time travel and the destruction of National Monuments. With you being outnumbered and them having the element of surprise (admit it, you would be shocked if kitty started bossing you around) you don't stand a chance.

Right now , just one Jack Russell Terror named Monty Dog.

We used to have a lab rat named Barbarella. She was adorable. She died early in 2004. We also had another rat named Fidget for a while but she died shortly after we got her (she was kind of evil and rats are usually very gentle, sweet animals so we think there was something wrong with her!).

I have had 7 ferrets. I miss them all so much :( : Mojo, Bandette, Apollo Mac, Bela, Bartok, Romana, Xavier.

When I lived with my parents we had many fish, frogs, lizards, iguanas, etc. We also had a German Shepard named Sheba and a bunny named Ryh-oki.

In the house - 1 cat (Smudge), 1 hamster, 2 sea turtles, 1 fish, 3 hermit crabs. 4 humans

outside - 3 dogs, 4 kittens, 3 Cats (We are taking the kittens and 2 cats to the shelter this week and getting the other cat fixed!)
We are in the country and stray cats seem to come to our house to have their kittens!:earseek:

You have a rat living in your refrigerator?!? I have a mental picture of an innocent, sleepy houseguest looking for some cream for their coffee and finding Wendall!:p

We have one dog - named Holly. She pretty much rules our lives. Just my husband and I at home. Fortunately, we're bigger than her - she's seven and a half pounds of therapy!

Yikes! We are WAY outnumbered! Humans - 4....Animals - 12!
