I do kinda feel like I'm talking to myself sometimes, however, strangely I do that a lot....hummmm wonder what that means!!!

Great job on the speed workout!! I really need to fit those in a bit. Any tips on good techniques/plan of action for speed? I could Google it but I'd rather her it from someone who has tried it!
AFM- I got out and did a walk run with my little niece Olivia today! It was cooler but I got done before the rain! I am a little 'off' schedule for this week. I did Mondays workout on Wed, and did Wednesday's workout today!
It called for 20 minutes run/walk with running for as much as possible. I think I did pretty well! I'm meeting with Margie tomorrow morning to actually get Friday's workout in on Friday! Then I will be all caught up!
I have another BIG test for my Physical Therapy Assistant class next week so this weekend will be spent studying! Just have to keep telling myself it will be over soon and I'll be doing what I love!
