...if there's one thing I've learned from the get-go, it's not to fall into my DH's web of deceit and lie....okay, mebbe 'deceit' and 'lies' are too harsh terms, but within 5 weeks THREE TIMES now, he's brought up the subject of visiting WDW for the Christmas holidays.....

I agree... which is why we aren't going for our annual Christmas trip which was scheduled for 12/21-27.

Sorry that you won't be at the World, but you will still be with family and maybe create a new tradition!

.....we may be going with friends of ours, but they don't want to be at WDW ON Christmas Eve/Christmas Day, and I can't really take school days off right before the holidays either, so I'm not sure of the dates....

We both love steak. So far the best steaks that I have tasted were at Rhodes Twenty10 in Dubai and at Steakhouse 55 at the Disneyland Hotel. I hope that the steaks at Yachtman are as good as those. I know Graham is already looking forward to the Porterhouse.

I ate there last year during F&W and it was the WORST meal I had the entire time I was there... I have said several times that I would not go back...

I'm sorry. You don't think the flights will drop closer to the trip?

Not for that week since most of New England is on April vacation and Southwest knows that too

But my DH has now come up with an alternate plan. Flights are cheaper out by Kim's way. We can get a flight out of Newark, Long Island or LaGuida (sp) for $134 but..... we have to drive 4hrs not including traffic to get to the airport. And I am actually scared to fly out of somewhere else. I love my little airport in RI which is only 5 minutes from my house
