It's My Birthday & I'll Disney if I Wanna! ~ A Dec 2015 PTR - COMPLETE!

You are rocking and rolling on this trip!!! YAY for you!
Glad you were able to get the earlier ADR that's pretty amazing! i would be doing a dance just for that alone! LOL.

Yay for your friend coming through with Universal tickets...AWESOME!!!!
I know, right?! I was shocked that he even offered, much less followed through with it! :cutie:

I'm glad the capris worked for you! I was able to pick up a couple pairs the other day..so yay!
Woo, retail therapy! :thumbsup2

Glad you were able to snag an earlier dinner at BOG...don't know how you did it, but good for you. I'm still trying to snag a lunch there on 11/16 (I've pretty much given up getting a dinner one there) :)
Well, you know, you have to talk to your BUDDY about help snagging that lunch.... wink wink wink... ;)

Yea for Universal tickets!!!!! :cool1: How awesome of your friend to do that for you! I'm totes jelly !
I'm totes in shock that he did this for us! I mean, I know it's no cost to him, but I also know TMs only get so many comps a year. (He's been working there forever though, so maybe he gets a larger allotment of them!) :goodvibes

Very cool that you were able to snag an earlier BOG ADR! That should take some stress off! Even at the earlier time you can just enjoy a leisurely dinner and stake out the perfect spot for MSEP.
Yassss! That's the idea! I'm considering not even continue to look for 6:30-is one, and just stick with what we've got maybe. :scratchin

Love the Cinderella necklace! Beautiful! And I love it when clothes you order fit perfectly! Especially the dreaded pants! :thumbsup2
Oh, pants... How I hate you so... >:(

Wow only 3 weeks until FP+ time!!! :jumping1:.
I knowwwwws! I hope I've got all my ducks in a row! I don't want to have another big oversight like I did with this BoG situation! :scared:

In other news I was bummed to read today the Osborne lights is going away after this year. I was hoping I'd get down there someday to see them in person. :( But with all the changes in store for DHS it's not a surprise.
Sadly, it really isn't. With them adding two whole new lands, we're going to see more and more stuff disappear. I heard a rumor that One Man's Dream is next on the chopping block. :sad1:

any news on your CP narrator yet???
NO! NO NEWS AT ALL! NOTHING! ARRRGGHHHHH!!! :furious:

Awesome!! What a good friend!
He's a winner! :cutie:

So pretty!! I think I was looking at the same one on Etsy. I want to get matching ones for me and my daughter!
Funnily enough, I ordered it, then a couple days later found one I think I like better, a rose pendant. So I may end up buying that one, then maybe sell the Cinderella one eBay (just for enough to recoup what I spend on it), or maybe I'll even just give it away and spread some pixie dust. :goodvibes

No judgement here! I may or may not be holding 2 Ohana breakfast ADRs... :rolleyes1
Oh good, that makes me feel so much better!

That's an awesome savings!
I know, right?! I'm very fortunate! ::yes::

Wow that's amazing about your Universal tickets, what a lovely thing for him to do :)
Yes, extremely lovely! I owe him big! :goodvibes

Yay on the capris fitting, I never buy online because of the fit so that's awesome.
I was really nervous because according to this particular company's size chart, I needed to order a size smaller than I usually wear. I've been the same size for YEARS, so ordering a size smaller made me verrrrrry skeptical. But low and behold, they fit perfect! And I won't lie, pulling on a size smaller pants having them fit my big butt actually felt pretty good!

Well done on getting an earlier BOG, I hope you get to know the party parade details soon!
I'll keep an eye out for updates. If they do add a second parade, I wonder how far in advance that would happen? :scratchin

That was really great of your friend to get you free tickets to Universal. You are lucky to have those kinds of connections.
I feel very fortunate! I love this industry, so I hope to keep growing my list of connections and "hook-ups!" :thumbsup2

You are rocking and rolling on this trip!!! YAY for you!
Almost in the homestretch now! Been analyzing and refining my packing/shopping list the last week or so, too! (But that's a write-up for a whole 'nother update!) :goodvibes

Glad you were able to get the earlier ADR that's pretty amazing! i would be doing a dance just for that alone! LOL.
That's a great idea!...

Where did you get the necklace?
I've seen a few on Etsy, I wanted to grab some for our trip too!

Gettin' some Overtime out of it though, so WOOOOOOO Disney money! :thumbsup2 And I have a nice little staycation planned for Oct. 7-13 (assuming it doesn't get cancelled like so many of my leave requests do), so I'm keepin' my eye on the prize, ya'll! :goodvibes

It's all about that Disney dollar! Hope you get a little break in October!

So between the three of us, he just saved us $450 bucks! :woohoo: Since I already have our WDW Park Hoppers and our MVMCP tickets, that was the last piece of park admission I've been waiting for! I have everything now!

Very nice! That's a nice friend you have!

Um, this is PERFECT! Love, love love it!

Well... I did just that this morning. I spent the weekend looking for one around 6:30pm (THAT should be enough time to get a good spot for MSEP, right?), and managed to snag up a 5:55pm for us. So a little earlier than I was looking for, but at this point, earlier is better than later. The good thing about the time is that it didn't force me to cancel my original 7:30pm ADR. So yes, I'm holding both at the moment. Don't judge me.

Yay, glad you found another time! I think that will be plenty of time. I keep looking for a new BOG lunch so we can see FOF but I know we will be back in May. And I pass no judgement on holding those ADRs. I have Sci Fi and Ohana double booked but I'm waiting until FP+ is set before I drop.

Been a busy few days with cooking ahead for my next term, so have been a bit MIA around here. BUT, I love that you scored an earlier slot for BOG! I think you will enjoy having that cushion there to leisurely find that spot to see the parade and not feel rushed. Let's just hope for that 2nd parade to open up, K?

Awesome on everything!! Capris, that beautiful necklace, the earlier BOG :thumbsup2 I too pass absolutely no judgement on holding double ADR's. Sometimes it's a must with the amount of planning we need to do so far ahead of time now ::yes:: I got all the ADR's I wanted when I wanted at my 180 for our Nov. trip, but now I'm switching around our days and want to move some dinners around - can't do it. Nov. is tough this year! But I'll keep on tryin' and if something comes along that's almost what I want, I'll most likely do the same thing you are.

Hey do you have a CP narrator yet? I'm too lazy to check myself :rolleyes1

Ok, so I deserve 1000 lashes with a wet noodle for being remiss in reading and commenting on your report for so long. I, like you, have been crazy busy at work lately. (only I'm older and fatter, so when I get home I just want to eat and sleep...not much DIS time).

But, I'mmmmmm BBBBAAAACCCCKKK!!!

(ok, that is a little creepy...)

Anywho...first off I have to say the Chips...The Truffle one is pretty darn good. (tastes mostly garlic and parm. both of which I love). The Gyro one is horrific. Not only does it taste bad, it leaves a disgusting after taste that lasts forever...we are talking have to immediately go brush your teeth after taste. I am going to have to try the biscuit and gravy ones as everyone says they are good. Although I am so not a white gravy girl (growing up in New Orleans, we do brown gravy...first time I saw white gravy was here in Nashville, and it still just looks wrong to me), I have heard they are good. I have no desire to try the Reuben ones...as I am pretty picky about my reuben sammies (ok, I really just like pastrami and swiss on rye...no sauerkraut or thousand island dressing)

I totally understand and will not judge holding both ADRs for BOG...:rolleyes1...I actually would do the same thing...especially with the way they tend to change times and add things....especially recently

Would you like me to volunteer to be the narrator for CP for the night you are attending...I think I would make an excellent narrator...maybe they would even put me up for a few nights so I could get a trip out of it too...nice thought...hmmmm......

Ok, the BEAUTIFUL silver carriage for your pearl...any ideas if it would fit on a Pandora bracelet? I still have my two pearls from the May trip and would love to have them put in a carriage for Kim & Zoe for Christmas as an extra memory from the trip. But would like for them to fit on their shiney new bracelets they got on the trip.

I also will be sending you a pm shortly with some other questions.

And I will try to keep up with your report better...but not making any firm promises until after the 15th of October.

Take care my friend!

Thanks! I texted him with a photo of the bag and he was definitely excited when he found out no MSG!!! Now to find them in the store!
Awesome! Let me know what ya'll think of them! I love to talk about FOOD!

Where did you get the necklace?
Amazon.com! Where I get pretty much my whole life. :rotfl:

I've seen a few on Etsy, I wanted to grab some for our trip too!
Yes, I've seen them on Etsy and even on eBay!

It's all about that Disney dollar! Hope you get a little break in October!
You and me both, girl! My boss assures me neither my October staycation nor my December vacation are getting cancelled, though! :thumbsup2

Very nice! That's a nice friend you have!
He's a good dude! ::yes::

Um, this is PERFECT! Love, love love it!
Pretty, right? :cutie:

Yay, glad you found another time! I think that will be plenty of time. I keep looking for a new BOG lunch so we can see FOF but I know we will be back in May. And I pass no judgement on holding those ADRs. I have Sci Fi and Ohana double booked but I'm waiting until FP+ is set before I drop.
Oh good, that makes me feel so much better! I just can't stand the thought of being considered an "ADR hoarder."

:worship: You are an amazing planner - I should take notes!
Please, nothing amazing about it. I'm just OCD as ****! :rotfl:

How sweet of your friend to remember and follow through on the park tickets. Of course, you get back from the world what you put out there, so your own helpfulness is just being returned to you.
Awww, that's such a sweet thing to say, thank you Donna!

Great news on the pants, and of course I am a fan of anything sparkly.
You and me both! Well, not quite anything. Not a fan of sparkly pants. Or pants in general. Not even sparkles can sell me on them! :cutie:

I like the idea of seeing how the day goes for the FoF Parade, depending on your energy levels, the weather, and further parade info. Luckily with Disney vacations there are no wrong decisions, only different kinds of fun wherever your choices lead you.
Yeah, I'll play it by ear. I know me and my energy levels though, and I'll probably take that afternoon break with them, and skip FoF. Hopefully they won't have changed it by the time I make it back for my solo trip next October! ::yes::

Been a busy few days with cooking ahead for my next term, so have been a bit MIA around here.
Send me some food! I'm hungry!!! :rotfl:

BUT, I love that you scored an earlier slot for BOG! I think you will enjoy having that cushion there to leisurely find that spot to see the parade and not feel rushed. Let's just hope for that 2nd parade to open up, K?
Yes, I feel MUCH better about the whole thing now. I've went ahead and modified my spreadsheets and plans to accommodate the earlier BoG reservation, and going forward I'm planning that's the one we'll be using. I'm still going to hang onto the later one though in case a 2nd parade gets added, that way I have the option to switch it all back if I want to. ::yes::

Awesome on everything!! Capris, that beautiful necklace, the earlier BOG :thumbsup2
Thanks! It's been a pretty good week on the Disney trip front! :goodvibes

I too pass absolutely no judgement on holding double ADR's. Sometimes it's a must with the amount of planning we need to do so far ahead of time now ::yes::
You ain't kiddin', sister! :rolleyes2

I got all the ADR's I wanted when I wanted at my 180 for our Nov. trip, but now I'm switching around our days and want to move some dinners around - can't do it. Nov. is tough this year! But I'll keep on tryin' and if something comes along that's almost what I want, I'll most likely do the same thing you are.
I got everything I (thought) that I wanted on my 180 days, too! But even then, I knew I would probably end up moving things around. I can't help myself! :cutie:

Hey do you have a CP narrator yet? I'm too lazy to check myself :rolleyes1
NO!!!! STILL NO STUPID CP NARRATOR!!! GRRRR!!! >:(

Ok, so I deserve 1000 lashes with a wet noodle for being remiss in reading and commenting on your report for so long. I, like you, have been crazy busy at work lately. (only I'm older and fatter, so when I get home I just want to eat and sleep...not much DIS time).
Oh please. I'm younger sure, but likely just as fat, if not fatter, and I'm the SAME way... When I get home, I eat dinner, curl up in my recliner, and zone out!!! :faint:

But, I'mmmmmm BBBBAAAACCCCKKK!!!

(ok, that is a little creepy...)
Super creepy. :scared: :scared: :scared:

Anywho...first off I have to say the Chips...The Truffle one is pretty darn good. (tastes mostly garlic and parm. both of which I love). The Gyro one is horrific. Girl, I love me some gravy. Brown gravy, white gravy, mushroom gravy, sausage gravy, chicken gravy, red-eye gravy, I don't even care. MMMMM GRAVY!!!! :drinking1 (Also, I feel the same about reubens... Hold the kraut and and the dressing, just gimme the meat and the cheese!)

I totally understand and will not judge holding both ADRs for BOG...:rolleyes1...I actually would do the same thing...especially with the way they tend to change times and add things....especially recently
No kidding! I see why ADR hoarders do what they do, man. Disney kinda forces us to do all this planning super-far in advance, then turns around and throws wrenches into our plans!! :sad2:

Would you like me to volunteer to be the narrator for CP for the night you are attending...I think I would make an excellent narrator...maybe they would even put me up for a few nights so I could get a trip out of it too...nice thought...hmmmm......
Yes please! I bet you would be a hoot as a narrator! :D

Ok, the BEAUTIFUL silver carriage for your pearl...any ideas if it would fit on a Pandora bracelet? I still have my two pearls from the May trip and would love to have them put in a carriage for Kim & Zoe for Christmas as an extra memory from the trip. I'll find out more once it arrives, and let you know! ::yes::

And I will try to keep up with your report better...but not making any firm promises until after the 15th of October.
Girl, take your time. Lord knows I'm always chronically behind on everybody's threads!

Take care my friend!
So glad you're back, honey!

HAHAHAHA, this cracks me up! I'm the same way. You forgot chocolate gravy, which is delicious with biscuits for breakfast.

I hope everybody had a great weekend! Mine was short, because work's been crazy. I've been having to hold down the fort by myself a lot, and there's no reprieve for a couple more weeks yet. :goodvibes

More money is always good!! And I love staycations. I just have to make sure I get out of the house though otherwise I'd end up doing chores like the long-postponed spring cleaning, LOL.

Universal Tickets
That's right, I have them in my hot little hands, ya'll! Well... Sorta. I have the email confirmation for picking them up at Will Call. So pretty much the same thing! :cutie:

I can't remember how recently I've mentioned my Universal hook-up. I have a friend from elsewheres on the internets who happens to work for Universal Orlando's offices. When I was planning my Sept 2014 trip, he generously extended one of his Team Member comp passes to me, which was AWESOME of him to do! A couple weeks after I got home, I was talking with him about how my trip went, and telling the story of how my aunt and uncle had decided to join me on this year's adventure. And then I was completely shocked when he offered up comps for all three of us! :D At that point it was waaaaay too early for him to request them for December 2015, though. Well, the request window (3 months) opened this week, and he remembered, and kept his promise. :goodvibes Yesterday when I woke up, in my email inbox was the confirmation for three TM Complimentary 1-Day Park-to-Park passes, held at Will Call under my name, to be picked up on Dec. 5th, 2015. So between the three of us, he just saved us $450 bucks! :woohoo: Since I already have our WDW Park Hoppers and our MVMCP tickets, that was the last piece of park admission I've been waiting for! I have everything now!

That is awesome!!! Soooo jelly! I have been wanting to go back to Universal for a while now.

Soooooo I did some more trip shopping. Nothing crazy, I swear! A week or so ago, I ordered two pairs of capris, like I've been talking about. I love cooler weather! But as you all well know, yours truly, Princess No-Pants, absolutely hates... well... pants. So I figured capris would be a good compromise just in case the temps drop a little too cool even for me. So I ordered some soft cotton comfy ones, a pair in black and a pair khaki. I'm always nervous buying stuff online because you never know how they're going to fit... But these came in and I tried them on and they are PERFECT! So that was exciting! Crossed those off my list! :thumbsup2

I hate pants too. I am a dress girl. Mostly because it's easier then I don't have to think about what to wear on top and bottom. A dress solves that dilemma! :rotfl:

Encouraged by my successful purchase, I went back on Amazon last night, and bought more stuff. A pair of denim capris, 3 new bras, a pink t-shirt that was on sale, and a strap for my eyeglasses (normally I take them off for thrill rides, but I'm tired of seeing everything being blurry when I do, so I got a sport strap to keep them secured to my head).

Oh! And I bought myself this, should we have time to do Pick-A-Pearl in the Japan Pavilion...

Untitled.png

That's so pretty!! I'll have to tell Chunkysis about the necklace. That is so up her alley!

But wait! I'm sure at this point you're probably thinking, "Billie, how on earth are you going to get an earlier BoG reservation this late in the game?" Well...
And don't worry, I'm going to release one or the other ASAP. But I need to wait and see how two things play out: (1) I'll continue searching, and see if I can get the 6:30-ish time slot that I really want, and also (2) See what happens with the MSEP schedule, and if they end up deciding to add a second showing after Wishes (which would totally solve all my problems). ::yes:: But it's a load of stress off my mind now, knowing that I at least have a Plan B in place!

Good thinking. Don't worry, lots of people have multiple ressies. Including yours truly. I am going to release them as soon as I get my plans finalized!

Okay, that's all I have for now, ya'll! Just 3 more weeks until FastPass+ time, woo! :woohoo:

Yay!! :thumbsup2

Hi there! I am new to your PTR! I was a lurker on your last solo TR and really enjoyed it! So I figured I would not be a creep this time around and join in early ;)
I haven't read all your plans yet but I did see the post about your ADR's...and it got me really excited! I am going around the same time NEXT Dec...my dates are Dec 5th - 13th 2016 and I have been worried about getting the ADR's I want. Your post gave me hope that I may be able to get everything I want!
How exciting your FP+ window is coming up soon! Looking forward to reading more :goodvibes

That's right, I have them in my hot little hands, ya'll! Well... Sorta. I have the email confirmation for picking them up at Will Call. So pretty much the same thing! :cutie:

Yay! Having the email confirmation is just as awesome as having the actual tickets. At least until they put Harry Potter on the tickets.

Soooooo I did some more trip shopping. Nothing crazy, I swear! A week or so ago, I ordered two pairs of capris, like I've been talking about. I love cooler weather! But these came in and I tried them on and they are PERFECT! So that was exciting! Crossed those off my list! :thumbsup2

I'm so glad the capris worked out well! Shopping online can be hit-or-miss, so I'm glad you got great capris on your first try!

a strap for my eyeglasses (normally I take them off for thrill rides, but I'm tired of seeing everything being blurry when I do, so I got a sport strap to keep them secured to my head).

I will admit, I've never tried having my glasses on because I usually wear my contacts to the park. But I've had my sunglasses on for a few of the thrill rides (including Test Track, 7 Dwarfs, and I think Big Thunder Mountain) with no strap and no problems. If you're nervous about them falling off, though, I think the strap is a good idea.

Oh! And I bought myself this, should we have time to do Pick-A-Pearl in the Japan Pavilion...

Pretty!
Now you definitely have to do Pick-a-Pearl to get something pretty to put in there!

But wait! I'm sure at this point you're probably thinking, "Billie, how on earth are you going to get an earlier BoG reservation this late in the game?" Well... I did just that this morning. I spent the weekend looking for one around 6:30pm (THAT should be enough time to get a good spot for MSEP, right?), and managed to snag up a 5:55pm for us. So yes, I'm holding both at the moment. Don't judge me.

A) 6:30 is definitely enough time - even 7 should be okay if you're going to watch further along the route.
B) Not gonna comment on the multiple ADRs because I think I'm pretty well known for having no problem with it. But I think you made the right move keeping both for the moment.
C) Aren't the April park hours (and likely a slew of updates to other month's park hours) supposed to come out soon? Maybe the December update will answer the question for you!

Okay, that's all I have for now, ya'll! Just 3 more weeks until FastPass+ time, woo! :woohoo:

Yay! Can you believe FP+ time is coming so soon?

HAHAHAHA, this cracks me up! I'm the same way. You forgot chocolate gravy, which is delicious with biscuits for breakfast.
Girl, chocolate anything goes great over anything during any meal! :rotfl:

More money is always good!! And I love staycations. I just have to make sure I get out of the house though otherwise I'd end up doing chores like the long-postponed spring cleaning, LOL.
I'm the opposite. If it wasn't for staycations and long weekends, nothing would EVER get done around my apartment.

That is awesome!!! Soooo jelly! I have been wanting to go back to Universal for a while now.
I went last year, and enjoyed it! But I actually hadn't originally planned on going this time around. But when my aunt & uncle asked to join me, then I found out what big HP fans they are and how much they wanted to go, I worked a day in for them. :goodvibes

I hate pants too. I am a dress girl. Mostly because it's easier then I don't have to think about what to wear on top and bottom. A dress solves that dilemma! :rotfl:
I love dresses... In theory. But in practice, they just don't look awesome on me. Because my mid-section is so big and round, and my backside is so NOT, I pretty much don't have a waist to speak of. So all dresses just end up looking like tents/mumus/nightgowns on me. It sucks, because I find some super cute and comfy ones sometimes! :sad2:

That's so pretty!! I'll have to tell Chunkysis about the necklace. That is so up her alley!
I dig it! After I bought it, I found another one that I think I like better, a rose, so I'm trying to decide if I want to get that one, or just stick with this one. (I NEED TO STOP SPENDING MONEY, OMG. :lmao: )

Good thinking. Don't worry, lots of people have multiple ressies. Including yours truly. I am going to release them as soon as I get my plans finalized!
I'm so glad that so many of my friends on this thread are ADR hoarders, too... Makes me feel much better about my life choices.

Hi there! I am new to your PTR! I was a lurker on your last solo TR and really enjoyed it! So I figured I would not be a creep this time around and join in early ;)
Hi!!! :welcome: Thanks for finally creeping out of the shadows, it's great to have you here! :tiptoe:

I haven't read all your plans yet but I did see the post about your ADR's...and it got me really excited! I am going around the same time NEXT Dec...my dates are Dec 5th - 13th 2016 and I have been worried about getting the ADR's I want. Your post gave me hope that I may be able to get everything I want!
HOORAY! I hope you'll have as much luck with your ADRs as I did this year! :goodvibes

How exciting your FP+ window is coming up soon! Looking forward to reading more :goodvibes
It's SUPER exciting! I can't belie that my trip is getting so clooooose! :hyper:

Yay! Having the email confirmation is just as awesome as having the actual tickets. At least until they put Harry Potter on the tickets.
I totally agree with you!!! :thumbsup2

I'm so glad the capris worked out well! Shopping online can be hit-or-miss, so I'm glad you got great capris on your first try!
Yes! I really lucked out! They're nothing fancy, they're really just lounge pants. But I'm all about COMFORT... especially if I'm stuffing myself into PANTS. :scared:

I will admit, I've never tried having my glasses on because I usually wear my contacts to the park. But I've had my sunglasses on for a few of the thrill rides (including Test Track, 7 Dwarfs, and I think Big Thunder Mountain) with no strap and no problems. If you're nervous about them falling off, though, I think the strap is a good idea.
I've tried leaving them on a couple times, but it got kinda dicey. I wear mine with the arms a big loser than most people do. When I have them tightened so they are snug on my head, I'm prone to headaches. I also am one of the weird people who are phobic about anything touching my open eyes, so no contacts for me. (Seriously, even when they do my glaucoma test, I have to take my fingers and physically keep my eyes pried open because I cannot stop flinching long enough for them to do the air puff thingy.) So I figured I'll try the strap this time and see how it goes! :cutie:

Pretty!
Now you definitely have to do Pick-a-Pearl to get something pretty to put in there!
That's what I'm saying! If I have the pendant already, I HAVE to get the pearl, don't I? ::yes::

A) 6:30 is definitely enough time - even 7 should be okay if you're going to watch further along the route.
Oh good. So if I just keep the 5:55pm we have now (which I'm leaning towards), we should even have time to get a spot on Main Street. And now that I've had a few days, I think I've accepted missing out on FoF. I mean, I absolutely loved it. But I did just see it in April, and did not see MSEP on that trip. So it's a fair trade off. And hopefully since FoF is still relatively new, it'll still be running in October 2016, and I can see it again then. :goodvibes

B) Not gonna comment on the multiple ADRs because I think I'm pretty well known for having no problem with it. But I think you made the right move keeping both for the moment.
I love that I have so many ADR hoarder friends!

C) Aren't the April park hours (and likely a slew of updates to other month's park hours) supposed to come out soon? Maybe the December update will answer the question for you!
I cannot BELIEVE that there hasn't been a park hours update yet this month! If I was planning a trip for April of next year, I'd be spitting nails right about now. It should be any day now, and yeah, I'll check and see if they change anything for my week in December (I do every month). :thumbsup2

Yay! Can you believe FP+ time is coming so soon?
NO I CANNOT BELIEVE IT. :hyper: I remember when I still had over 400 days to go for this trip, and you were teasing me because I was already stressing about my ADR final picks! :rotfl:

I do love the pick a pearl carriage! I hope you get a pearl that fits init!!!
Me too! If not... it was $7 bucks. I'll either hang onto it for next year, or give it away to somebody who might can use it.

So late...but I'm following along now :wave2: I'm also busy reading your 2014 Om Nom Noms dining reviews and am enjoying that very much. The unfortunate side effect is hunger. Lots and lots of hunger :rotfl:
