DH just went down and picked up DSD12 from her mom's house, and she is in a FOUL mood! She is mad that she isn't with her mom for Thanksgiving (for the 4th year in a row, because her mom is working), and is mad because DH is having a talk with her about her grades, which are rapidly declining. Lord, give me some strenght!!!

I was a totally detestable at that age, all the way up to I would say around 17, Im not sure how my parents put up with me. I was mean, argumentative, never got in any trouble though. When I turned 18 it was totally different. I saw my parents in a different light, they both are my best friends now. Good luck and remember she wil grow up one day!!

She will be fine by tomorrow (hopefully!). She and I are spending the day together on Saturday, so I hope her funk breaks by then!
