It's Friday, we arrive at WDW on Monday...still no documents?!

Booked through AAA. AAA TA says Disney mailed out our documents to her on 9/28. She hasn't receivedt them. All she has is the ME stuff and our confirmations (both Disney and Airtran). She overnighted those things she does have to me, should arrive at my office within the next few hours. The TA says that all will be fine, Disney has our Pop reservation and we can get everything else we need when we arrive.

I'm very worried. We'll be arriving around dinnertime with a toddler. It's just my mom and I travelling. Is this going to be a big deal? Thanks for any reassurance or suggestions!

You need the ME labels for your bags and the coupon voucher to check into ME. Even if you had no ME stuff, you could grab your bags upon arrival and then check in at the ME desk and have no problems!

If Airtran is ticketless travel, you probably just need an ID and flight #.

When you check in at POP, your room key will be loaded w/your park tix and dining plan (if you are getting it).

It sounds like she has good reason to know things will be ok but I can imagine it's still stressful for you to not have everything in your hot little hands! Hope it all goes smoothly!

Don't worry about it- I know you'd rather have them in hand... but even of you walk up to the Magical Express counter they can pull up your reservation and get you to the hotel. (I forgot the entire packet one trip in my packed luggage!) Without the tags you willneed to get them yourself at baggage claim though-
Unless you booked this trip a few days ago- I'd be miffed at the TA!
Hopefully this will be the only glitch in your trip!

Even if you don't get the ME baggage tags, they can still pull your bags. Just have your baggage claim number, a description of your baggage and your flight information. You give that information to the check-in person at the ME desk. I put distinctive ribbons on my bags and showed them the ribbon, but I don't think it helped.

I just picked up my tickets at my CAA office and it included: CAA travel tags, disney keepsake tags, coupons for miniputt,searacers,a picture,planet hollywood, party tickets( if you bought them), ADR comformation numbers, flight info, invatation to CAA story time. It just had a print out that check in was at 3 and we could check in to use the package features befor that time. You'll get your key to the world,park tickets at your hotel.

We're DVC members, but last year, we had a one-night reservation at POP before switching over to our DVC resort. Our paperwork for the POP reservation did not arrive until the day prior to our departure....so maybe yours will arrive tomorrow.

Thanks for the replies everyone! They left a message this afternoon that the docs arrived and are being overnighted to my home. BUT, I'm feeling good that even if they don't arrive and I have to leave the house Monday without them that it will all be fine.
