Hey as of this morning, my girlfriend and I are offically going to DL. :goodvibes... We will be getting our APs for the first time any tips or info would be great. Thanks again to all for providing the best info and tips ever.:grouphug:

Sounds like fun!

I can't think of tips off the top of my head, as I don't know what you already know. :)

Your first AP's! That's so exciting! :goodvibes

I would say- just know that it might take awhile to get you all set up with your Annual Passes. Once you wait in line to purchase your Annual Passes at the Box Office, you will [at somet point during that day], need to go and wait in line to get your pictures taken and have the actual permanent Passes issued. Sometimes there can be a little bit of a line for this, and if you are not expecting it- you can get a bit ansty*, because you just want to get your pass and start having fun! I think that as long as you are mentally prepared for that wait, the anxiousness won't be so bad!

[*But that just may be because I'm always in such a hurry to ride rides! :rotfl:]

In any case- you guys are going to have so much fun! Make sure you take lots of pictures!

Thanks everyone. Yea we are going for 4 days so I don't mind waiting in line. Can't wait...:goodvibes :goodvibes :goodvibes

How exciting for you! :cool1:

I remember back when we first got AP's ('92) - and what an exciting, fun thing it was. We lived in So Cal then, and for the next 8 years were at the park at some point just about every week. Now I'm the only one the fam that still has it since I'm the only one that gets out often enough to justify the cost - but it's still such fun to know that anytime I'm in the area, I can still just pop in and enjoy the fun!

Have a great trip!

Congratulations fellow annual pass holder :). Ok , If you would like to do a early morning entry I would purchase a multiday pass, then after you have used the early morning pass trade in your Park pass at the "old bank" and disney will only charge you the difference between the pass and the annual pass. They will back date it to the first day of use for the pass you purchased, be it a 3, 4, or 5 day Park hopper pass. Doing this will also save you time, by not waiting in line to buy the annual pass, and then having an additional wait time to get the pass. When I use this method I look when ever I walk pass the "Bank" to see how busy it is-- if ppl waiting I go back later. Just a thought hope it helps.

Happy trip planning
