I really dont know. I go through some things once in a while. Thanks for asking. I had to go grocery shopping. I didnt want to. We havent gone in over 3 months.

Well nothing I would vent about on the internet for many reasons. I appreciate the lending ear, but its nothing anyone can solve anyway. Its something I go through and it will take a long time to get through it. And thats ok. I knew it would.

The house and remodelling sounds great. Will we see pictures at some stage?

Once the property goes on the market I will post a link to our website. Our other unit that the same contractor remodeled goes up really soon, so you all can see both. The stupid tenants (well actually one) freaked out because we've had the worst flea season in Long Beach and there are cats on property, so fleas got in their apartment. Then somehow they got cockroaches? We didn't have any and we have the other three apartments in the building. One of the gals of the two freaked out and found another place while her roomate was in Hawaii. The poor gal came home from vacation to find out that she had to find a new place to live.

We really won't have a problem rerenting it for more money becuase it it a gorgeous place. There are granite counter tops in the kitchen and bathrooms, new carpet, paint, and the place looks great. The good thing is that these tenants didn't really "use" the apartment so it won't take a lot of clean up. I'll post a link when we're live!

Do you clean them or hire someone? I cant believe some people wont clean places when they move and then they wonder why they dont get deposits back. And the carpet clean as well. Glad it will be an easy clean.

It's nearly school pick up time here. Tomorrow is the last day of school for this term. DS just wants to veg at home today; but I've threatened him with a bike ride.
