It's Almost Time - Dec. ADRs

I have a trip planned for December 4 - 11, 2010. Me, DH and my BFF will be staying at Saratoga Springs Resort. We will be doing DDP. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

Le Cellier - been there, going back 12/10
Boma - been there, liked it so much going back & staying @ AKL!
Ohana - liked it so much in '08 went back and stayed @ the Poly in '09
Mama Melrose - retrying it for the first in 10 yrs 12/10

Flametree love that place, huge meals, nice to sit in the furthest pavilion down by the water
Sunshine seasons huge selection - I strongly recommend the strawberry shortcake as your desert option - delish
Wolfgang puck express best cs IMO

BTW my 180 day mark was 6/2 and I was able to book ADRs online today - you might go online and see if you can book now since you are in the 180+10 window (rumor has it only online works, not phone calls.)

Disney seems to have switched to 190 days for Resort guests, I've been able to make reservations for December 4th - 7th already, by entering my resort reservation confirmation #. So maybe give it a try.

So far I have secured:
Dec 5th Kona Dinner,
Dec 6th - 1900 Park Fair brunch, Akershus Dinner
December 7th - 'Ohana dinner

Hoping for Jiko and Le Cellier later in the week. also Hollywood & Vine playhouse disney lunch (but figuring that won't book up all that fast, lol)
