Day 3!

Sorry I didn’t include pictures in my previous post! I realize I am getting down to the wire here! Only 5 more days to go!!!!

I have been going back and forth on what to pack all week! I even went out and bought some new pants to wear as we cannot wear jeans while we are in meetings or touring the resorts with the group. But it looks like its going to be layering weather. Crisp and cool in the mornings and evenings and low 80’s during the day. PERFECT!!!

So, now on to day 3! Again we are up early!! I swear I am going to be living on coffee this week!! And somehow I am going to have to squeeze in 40 minutes of running at least twice this week! My roommate is going to LOVE me getting up so early!!

7:30 – 8:00 Breakfast Buffet
8:00-10:30 Marketing / Sales Seminar

After the morning sales meetings it’s off to visit the resorts again!

First up! My favorite moderate resort ever! Port Orleans Riverside 10:45 – 11:45

I love this resort! I feel so comfy and cozy here. It’s the perfect size that I don’t feel so overwhelmed here.

Next up! Lunch at Everything Pop Food Court and then off to explore Pop Century. 12:00 – 1:30

Pop Century is my favorite Value as well! And I have to say that I have never had the tie dyed cheesecake so I will be sure to try it this time!

After Pop Century we are off to visit Typhoon Lagoon! 1:45 – 2:30

We had such a blast here this past summer! My boys loved it! The wave pool was a huge hit!! But boy those were some powerful waves!

After Typhoon lagoon it’s off to visit Caribbean Beach Resort. 2:45 – 3:30.

My boys LOVED the pool area here and the resort in general!

After touring Caribbean Beach Resort we are off to Hollywood Studios for a park experience from 4- 8. I am assuming this is on our own. But our itinerary says to visit the the Osborne Family Spectacle of Dancing lights

and Fantasmic at 6:30

I plan on hitting a few attractions that I haven't seen in a while due to the kids. Like One Mans Dream, Voyage of the Little Memaid and Beauty and the Beast.

The park closes at 8:00 and none of the other parks have late magic hours, so I guess from here I will head on back to the resort to get a good nights sleep for tomorrow. OR Maybe I will head to Downtown Disney instead!

Day 4 – Thursday

Big day today!!! I am so excited for this day! Well. I am so excited for everyday really! There is so much fun to be had!

We start off again bright an early! This time we meet in the lobby of the Coronado before our Character breakfast at Cape May!

After what I am sure will be a wonder breakfast we are off to Port Canaveral for a ship tour and lunch aboard the Disney Dream!!!!

I CANNOT wait to see this beauty!!! We took a RCL cruise this past summer and my boys had a blast! We took a Disney Cruise WAY back in 2000 before we had kids so quite honestly I forgot what it was like! We are actually booked for a June sailing on the Fantasy so I can’t wait to get a peek at her sister ship!! Plus we get to eat on board too!! Bonus!!

After the tour we are scheduled for a park experience at Animal Kingdom.

Animal Kingdom closes at 5:00 and we are on our own for the evening.

Here is where there are the cons about going in November. Many of the parks close early. BUT I will take this weather over the summer weather any day!

My plan is to go to Magic Kingdom and watch the Main Street Electrical Parade at 7:00 and then Wishes at 8:00. From here I MAY go to downtown Disney or just return to my room for the night. I am quite sure I will be exhausted.

Day 5 – Friday

This is the last day of the AEP. Again we are up and at em bright and early! The day is over pretty early for us. We have breakfast and a few meetings and then the closing session and graduation. It states we should be done by 10:30.

From here I am on my own!! In Disney!! Without KIDS! To go see and do what I want!!! OH BOY! What to do.. what to do!!! I decided to stay an extra day and leave tomorrow at 6PM so I have pretty much over 24 hours to get in all that I want to see and do! Now, I know that’s not a lot of time. But alone I know I can accomplish a lot!

Now I know I want to take tons of pictures and go and see attractions that I haven’t gotten to see in a long time. So my plan is to go over to Magic Kingdom for a while, then I may go over to Hollywood Studios for a bit before ending my evening at Epcot. Epcot has late magic hours until midnight so it would be best to end my night there.

I will pretty much have to play it by ear based on what I didn’t get to see during the week. But I am excited to have this time to explore!!

Day 6 – Saturday

Time to go home! I’m sad just thinking about it!! BUT this will be the only day that I get to sleep in!!! I don’t plan on sleeping in that long because I still want to get up and get out the door. But at least until 7!

My plane doesn’t leave until 6PM so I am assuming Magical Express will pick me up around 3pm. Again I am not sure what parks I am going to go to this morning but my plan is to get ready and out the door by 8.

I will probably eat in a park and not take the time to get something at the food court at Coronado. I would like to eat somewhere in Epcot for lunch. Probably Tangierine Cafe. I love that place! But again, not sure yet. I know I will know more once I am down there and the week progresses.

So that’s pretty much it! Those are my plans and my not so much plans! I know many plans will be made while I am down there but I am really looking forward to meeting some nice TA’s that I have met through here and Facebook and experiencing and learning more about Disney!

I plan on writing a TR when I get back. This one will be pretty detailed as I plan to take lots of notes and picutures while I am down there. So be sure to check back for a link!
