It's A Magical Day!

After deciding to take a last minute December trip, I called MS not expecting to find Studio accommodations. My son (16) and I will be leaving at 12:45 after his exams on December 16. I managed to get an OKW studio for the 16th (late arrival) and a BCV Studio for the 17th & 18th!! I'm on a waitlist for a BCV Studio for the 19th as well as a waitlist for the VWL (Home Resort) for the entire stay. If we don't get anything for the 19th, we can just drive home, but I'm really hoping something will open for the 19th. Also, I've ordered MVMCP tickets for the 17th and got a PS at the Crystal Palace for an early dinner! I can't wait. It's been 7 years since we've been in December. Just wanted to share my good fortune, as I really didn't think I could get a studio at all. I'm usually a serious planner, but we don't have a school calendar for the next year, so I decided to give it a try for the year!! Also, I had the best MS cast member who was so patient and helpful. Now remind me, I can have our luggage transferred from OKW to the BCV, right?
