An emu is a large, flightless bird, similar in appearance to an ostrich. Banzai is referring to a running gag (that some take more seriously than others) that the turkey legs that Disney sells are, in fact, emu. Whereas we all know that they're just genetically enhanced super-warrior turkeys.

No, No, Animal Kingdom was built soley to cover up the huge Emu ranch. That's why they couldn't build Beastly Kingdom. The Strawberrry farm land in Anaheim while widely thought to be turned into a parkinglot is actually the new WestCoast Emu processing center. (I here they make those Tortillas in DCA out of Emu as well.
