it's 6 am and the ADR website isn't working again? anyone else having trouble?

i can't make any ADRs online or on the app

this is the notice i get: "We're sorry, there is a problem searching for reservations at this time."

Are you using Chrome? If so, try switching browsers. I was just on using firefox and it worked fine.

you were able to make ADRs? or just get into the site? the question is whether you could actually make ADRs or not.
this is the same thing that happened to me a couple of days ago when the entire system was down (also for the CMs in the call center)..
 

i'm so annoyed...i was supposed to be some place an hour ago, but stayed home just to do this stupid thing...
arggghhhhh....
i guess i'll start driving and every time i'm at a red i'll give it a go....
 
I was given times - but they weren't what I wanted. So - I didn't actually make any, but it searched and found times for me.

that is so weird because i'm not getting anything at all....
online i get that sorry message and on the phone i get the 'something went wrong"..
it's so weird that you were able to get in...
 
i give up
i'll call when the call center opens and try to make the ADR with them..
a few days ago when this happened, they weren't able to either...
we shall see...
 
It's not working for me. Can't make ADRs or even see any times whether through the iphone app or through the browser on laptop
 
I'm having the same issue. Frustrating! Who has time for this in the morning?! I wish Disney would get its act together with IT...
 
This has happened a lot over the past 2 weeks. Usually it was even down when calling in, but came up shortly after. Just keep trying, I know, it is very frustrating.
 
Yep. We're off site so I have to log in every day to book our ADRs. Worked fine Sunday & Monday. Didn't work until almost 8am on Tuesday. Worked fine Wednesday & yesterday. Down again today. Tomorrow is the last day I have to mess with it.
 
It let me double book a reservation yesterday even after I confirmed I wanted to cancel one.
 
This is very frustrating to read! I can't believe they can't get this fixed! This happens way too consistently. It's a waste of time for people and so unbelievably frustrating!

I'll be suffering a week from today trying to get mine.
 
It seems to be working now. So anyone who was planning on canceling an 8 am ADR at BOG or Crystal Palace on 2/21 -- you can go ahead please. I'm ready. :yay:
I may have typed too soon. For some odd reason, I can search available ADRs on various days except for one particular day -- where it immediately tells me, in red, that there is a problem searching at this time. Just that day. Weird.
 
I had the same problem. I called and they said their system was down. This was so frustrating because about 3 weeks ago I needed to change my resort reservation and ended up having to call about 5 times over the course of 2 days due to the same issue. I understand it's going to happen, but this frequently and on this large of scale? I was finally able to make my ADR's this morning though so it's working now!
 
It started working for me just before 9am. Tomorrow is the last day I have to book -- and I'm looking for a BOG dinner! Crossing my fingers I don't have any issues in the morning!!
