It's 1AM and I'm sitting in a 1-bdrm at the VGF! Yes, please!

We checked in about 1:30PM yesterday (Sunday), and our room - 1426 -was ready. I booked a standard view to preserve points. This place is just lovely, just really lovely. I think it might be my new favorite (sorry OKW and Kidani...) The attention to detail is outstanding. We'd stayed at the GF once before the Villas were built, so we knew we liked the property. And we usually eat and roam here at least once every trip. The monorail is still running. There was a MNSSP tonight. Three nights will not be enough...

We had 300 pts at SSR because I love horses and 200pts at OKW because I love palm trees. We have been staying at DVC one bedroom villas three times a year for ten years. When we saw the VGF model villa we feel in love with the attention to detail. We sold our 500 pts and bought 750 pts at VGF.

Understand! We were there in a 1 bedroom lake view over Labor Day for 4 nights and it was wonderful! I loved the pool, resort, and convenience to MK and Epcot. I could have just stayed at the resort and been happy. I had a massage at the Spa too! We moved over to AK for the last 3 days so we could go on the Sunrise Safari and we were happy there too (I love AKV!!) I was not looking forward to the split stay, but it was fine. I would do it again. I agree that the ambiance is delightful.
