Items on the buffet at Minnie`s breakfastÉ

I saw Mickey waffles and I think french toast. Fruit and breads. A cereal station. eggs, biscuits and gravy, ham and bacon. They had a drink station with milks, coffee, juices and soda. A pretty good selection, but when we were there the lines to get your food were quite long. The characters were great though!

They also had an omlette bar when we went. That was pretty good as they had a good asortmant of things to have put in your omlette as they cooked it up for you. Off the top of my head they had Bacon, ham, sausage, Chopped Bell peppers, onions, jalepenos (I think) and quite a few other things that I cant remember since its been almost 18 months since I went. But the omlette was my favorite thing there.

We did first seating on a MM day in the off-season. The lines weren't bad, but lines weren't bad anywhere in the park that day.

I truly only remember what we ate - build your own omelettes (they make them fresh for you and were very good), Mickey head waffles, a variety of breakfast breads, fruit, fruit topping for the waffles, milk (white and chocolate), sodas, and coffee. They had scrambled eggs also, but we preferred the omelettes.

Ham, bacon, sausage, fried potatoes, fruit, cereal, omelets, biscuts and gravy, sweet breads and pastries, french toast, waffles.......YUM! 2 weeks from today. :)

Yup, just what others have said. :) DBF did an omelette, I asked them scramble some eggs fresh for me (I'm weird about my eggs), DBF asked them to make a fresh waffle, we had pastries, fruit, the girls had cereal, there were plenty of breakfast meats (sausage, bacon, ham) there was juice, milk, water or soda available. We didn't have long lines, we went in April during Spring Break at 10:20 am.

I never saw the omelets!! We were there during spring break so it was a bit crowded and overwhelming. That's probably how I missed it!

We did too, but it was a couple years ago now. :) DBF was super excited about the omelettes, he likes them I guess.

They also had chilaquiles when we went back in July. I will say that my girls did not eat much of anything as they were busy with the characters.

Sorry to hijack, but do you know what the earliest you can make a reservation is? Is it like at WDW where you can get in the park early if you have a reservation before the park opens?

Thanks!

I only know this from reading these forums but apparently the earliest res for Minnie's is 10 minutes before park opening on non MM days and 50 min before park opening on MM days.

ive got first seating the first day of our trip. My mom an dad have never been to these and if so it was long long ago im making it really magical for them. I know the food is good but we go for the interaction there are so many Char walking around. But the bacon was so good last time i was there
