Which one do you guys like better?

Which has better ambiance?

Which has better pasta?

Which has better non-pasta dishes?

Which has better desserts?

What is the best thing you've had at either restaurant?

I think they are both good. Il Mulino has a signature pasta dish, a pappardelle, that is very nice. We have found it a bit salty at times though. I had lasagna at Tutto and liked it.
On ambiance, Il Mulino can feel nicer when it is not overloaded with convention folks. When that happens, it is entirely too noisy. Tutto has a nice feel, but is not as grand as Il Mulino.
I don't recall memorable desserts at either. I like the gratis appetizer of cheese and eggplant at Il Mulino.

Il Mulino. I like their food better, pasta and non-pasta. I thought their appetizers were better.
Ambiance is a toss up. Tutto Italia is themed more Italian inside, I think of Il Mulino as more of a metro feel. Both are well done.
Liked the dessert at Il Mulino, haven't tried at Tutto Italia.
This is much closer than MM vs Tonys. I don't think you can wrong with either one.
Had the Saltimbocca last time, really good. Started with the Insaccati Misti for 2.

Oh, THANK YOU for considering Il Mulino. Please, GO HERE.

1) Il Mulino is a SIG. A REAL one.
2) We go here every trip. 2x per year, about 8 years. NEVER sub par.
3) I'm 2nd Gen Sicilian. My parents taught me well :).
4) Watch out for the Limoncello :). Wonderful, but potent :).

Now - of note.... Il Mulino is not a Disney owned Restaurant. They do NOT take DDP in any form. They DO honor TIW.

Personal note? Wife and I love ....

SPAGHETTI AI FRUTTI DI MARE
Baby Shrimp, scallops, Clams, Mussels
and Calamari
in a Spicy Red or Garlic White Wine Sauce

Go for the RED Sauce. This is how I taught my DW to love SQUID :).

Haven’t been to Il Mulino, but went to Tutto once. We weren’t very impressed and won’t rush back. Given my experience, I’d go with I’ll Mulino.
