He did good!

Fun snow pictures! We haven't had much of that this year...such a weird winter! That drive looks a little scary. Glad you stayed safe!

Zach did great with shoveling duty! We are supposed to get 5 inches of that awful wet stuff tonight -- ugh! So ready for spring.

He did! He's sore this morning too!

Even though this winter has been mild, I'm ready for spring too! Only 48 more days until our spring break trip!! :cool1:

Hi neighbor. Where are you staying next month?
We rent a 5 bedroom house every time we are in the Orlando area. It is in Indian Creek. Our friend owns it.

I finished reading the rest of your pre-trip, Kept laughing as we have a fiew things in common.

NH
2 boys (my youngest has Autism)
SAHM, School volunteer, part-time bookkeeper(hubby's business)
Disney is the most organized thing in my life.
Disney obsessed. (my hubby tolerates it well)

We have only been to Disney 7 times.

In 2005 my non-verbal son started talking at Disney. He went from about 3-5 words to full sentences on Splash Mountain. The CM's talked to us about what was going on and let us ride for hours. (Why are these three crying and that one little one smiling)"Look mommy it's Brer Rabbit" "Look look it's Brer Bear"
Disney is our happy place! I'm sure you will have a great trip! We will!

That's so cool that the Merrimack Valley Marching Band will be there!! That's not a Magic Kingdom day for us though. :headache: I'll have to give that some thought because that would be cool to see.

We love flying into Tampa! But wow... I can't imagine traveling with 17 people!! We've had a hard enough time with 8!

Beleive it or not, NONE of our plans overlap at all! The latest version of our itinerary, which I'm pretty happy with, looks like this:

Thursday 4/19: Arrive in Tampa, rent car, drive to BC, relax, dinner at 'Ohana
Friday 4/20: DHSam/MK pm
Saturday 4/21: Relax at BC/Stormalong Bay & visit Boardwalk
Sunday 4/22: Epcot & move offsite
Monday 4/23: AK & HDDR dinner
Tuesday 4/24: waterpark, open night
Wednesday 4/25: MK, Chef Mickey's dinner & Wishes dessert party
Thursday 4/26: Disney Quest (or maybe waterpark), open night
Friday 4/27: DHSam/MK pm
Saturday 4/28: Epcot am/AK afternoon/early night to pack up
Sunday 4/29: Leave early (9am flight)

Beautiful snow pictures. Not complaining that we didn't get any, but it DOES look so pretty!

(snip)

I'm only responsible for 8 of us. (4 adults, 2 teen boys and 2 tween girls!)The rest of them are on their own! LOL They can tag along or go do their own thing! Is it April yet?

Love your snow pics!

Amy I know you said you saved a ton on your rental but I was checking Dollar today and they went WAY DOWN!! I can get a full size for $230 total.
I know mini vans are a lot more but it wouldn't hurt to check again.:thumbsup2

Just found your trip report and it is AWESOME!!!!! We have been going to WDW since 1997 on our honeymoon and then started bringing our 1st son when he was 10 months old. Always first week of May, love the Flower and Garden Festival!:lovestruc Since he started middle school we have been going during our April vacation. We are from Mass and also have 2 boys. The pics of your boys when they were small made me chuckle, we have tons of pics and footage from the many trips since 99'. We are going April11th- 20th and staying at AKV. Wish our trips overlapped and we could say hi :yay:

also wanted to ask how your guys do with Fantasmic? We have never braved it yet, and might this trip. Any tips? Ds 11 has Asperger's, ADHD, and sensory issues that can get ramped up if he is overstimulated or tired. Thanks and have a great weekend!! :thumbsup2

No snow for us this year, so I enjoyed seeing all your beautiful pictures. It looks like a winter wonderland. Alex did a great job shoveling the deck! :thumbsup2

So happy for you for saving lots on your car rental :yay::dance3:. Saving anything is always a good thing!!:thumbsup2

Some say the snow was pretty..Yeah for about 5 minutes!!
Alex did an awesome job on the deck!! Does he want to come to my house??
Only about a 25 min drive :)

Yesterday we drove to Hampton like every Saturday but it was nasty. It had snowed during the night (again) & it was pouring rain all the way there. But when we left an hour later everything had stopped & the sun was trying to come out. We have to be lucky though as no tornadoes & heavy storms like the south.:scared1: I was thinking of all our Disfriends & praying they were ok.
