I received my third pin yesterday! The others were FD, which I booked, then a 30% discount & yesterday the pin was for 30% off rack rates or FD for Sept 29 until Dec. with there being several blackout dates!

They must be getting desperate for guests! I've never gotten more than one offer before.

Here I am standing in the water, we were anchored along the shore. Part of the fun having a boat & going along the Intercoastal is stoping at small beaches.

It's time to wrap this TR up! I have two photos of Wicket that I took last Tuesday.

This is Wicket in the morning before the haircut!

This is Wicket after his summer haircut! Looks like a totally different dog.

Our next trip is coming soon a little over 2 months. I will be overwhelmed with things to do as the busy season of my summer has started & I am getting behind.

As those who know me on Face, the reasons are clear.

One week ago today I was taken to the hospital & had surgery 2 days later. I came home from the hospital this past Monday to a house with no electricity or water! Power was out for three days.

Two storms came through on the weekend & took most of our roof! We've had a time of it this past week, but with a Disney trip in our near future things are very much looking up!!

So I hoped this TR was enjoyable & I hope to have a second one that is much better than this one!

We are having the heat wave now. It is supposed to drop after the weekend. Meanwhile it is 97 degrees in a part of the county where a high of 80 is generally the hottest we get in the summer. We have one small AC window unit in our upstairs. None downstairs. I have been prepping dinner in the mornings and then retiring to the upstairs for the rest of the day. I have a lot of projects which have been put on hold since Sarah was born (14 years ago) and have been sorting through them, i.e., photos and genealogy stuff, so at least the heatwave is good for something.

Doris, I am so sorry to hear that you had to go to the hospital and had surgery, plus all the other NONE fun things that have happened.

I really hope it all gets MUCH better soon and I cannot wait for your next trip report!

Thanks for all of the good wishes. I'm starting to feel better & less tired. The heat is pretty tough, but it is helping me get ready for WDW in Sept.!

I hope to remember to get a lot more pictures since it will only be me & DH goiing on this trip.

I'm about back to normal!
The yard has been cleaned up pretty much & DH has been hauling lots of tree trimmings to the recycling center.

Now it's investigating roofers to find a good one to put on the new roof!

Only 2 months to go before the new trip!

Thats great you are getting stuff done. We had to get some roof issues fixed that have been a problem since we moved in.
Now we need to wait for a rain to see if it is fixed
