It Started with a Whopping price error, and then... too late to change my mind 3/5

I loved the part where you attempted to stretch you daughter- I did that too when I was younger with my dad because I loved all the big roller coasters!

Now that I am older (and taller) I can't stomach the crazy rides quite as much- but still managed to ride a few crazy ones during our recent 10 day trip! :rotfl2: Looks like you had fun- can't wait to read more!

:lmao: So funny that you tried to stretch your DD.
:woohoo: For an uneventful flight!

:scared1: For forgetting all the chargers!!

Loved your self portrait! Great update!

Signing on! I just finished your other TR and I'm so sorry that you lost your Dad! It is awful losing a parent.

I do have to say I am TOTALLY with you about grocery shopping in the States (I was born in Quebec, then lived in Wales and Australia before moving to the States) and in Florida in particular. We now live in Vermont where our grocery stores are really pretty dismal! When we go to Florida I get pretty excited shopping at the Publix too!!! DH (from Ohio) thinks I'm crazy! :)

Too funny trying to stretch your DD! We're just the opposite, DD is 6'1 and has always been taller than her peers, so most people always expected her to be older than she actually was! Anyway, you have a lovely family and I'm so glad that you have been able to get back to the World!!! Can't wait to hear more! :flower3:

You let your DH pack his own clothes? I never do, god knows what he'd pack if I did! LOL.

I admit that in general, I am a rule follower...so as told, I have read your other trip report - ignored my family for the evening - and have caught up with this one! :yay:

I am so sorry for the loss of your father. My dad died right before Christmas in 2006 - right before we were all supposed to go to the world together. It was a bittersweet trip without him - but really cool that all subsequent trips remind me of him and how happy he would be knowing that.

I am looking forward to the rest of the story!

Love how you tried to stretch your daughter to give her that extra 1/2" How good of Bob to take you to/from the airport for this trip as well.

:woohoo: on the free car upgrade, getting those room goodies and that feeling of amazement at having your whole vacation ahead of you! A shame about the chargers being forgotton - hope you manage to get an inexpensive one for your trip.

Love the self portrait and looking forward to reading more :thumbsup2

Subbing! :) I read your last TR and found this one from Dugette's TR. I'm looking forward to hearing more about your trip. I forgot the charger for our camcorder on our last trip. Luckily, it was fully charged before we left and we didn't end up using it that much.
