I had a reservation for Hotel Royal Plaza for $97/nite for a traditional room. I rechecked today and now have it for $90/nite in a deluxe tower room!

Received post card from Disney value rate of $59 per night at a value resort standard room.

I received the $59 also but with 5 people I needed something bigger.

No date code; I went to their website and it was there. I think it is gone now - but keep checking!

I was wrong. You need to go to downtowndisneyhotels.com and they have the $90/nite rate.

Just a note on the five people with regard to the $59 per night rate at a value resort. We too have five people so they applied a discounted rate at Port Orleans Riverside where some of their rooms have a trundle bed for kids or a "small" adult.

I can see a better rate on Hotel Price Finder hotelpricefinder.com.

It searches over 28 different hotel sites in one go and then lists them in order of price. You can then click through to book with the hotel site direct.

the price looks better but they tack on a service fee. I am still paying less in the end with my $90/nite than the $84.60.

OK, I am officially nuts! I went back online and switched yet again. I am now back to a traditional room at $75/nite. We are there this weekend!
