We passed ROFR!!! It's our 1st contract! I'm already thinking about adding on lol, but we won't for at leat a few years.

Thank you very very much. It's odd but yes even though I don't know you, your support/rooting for me was much appreciated and helpful as I almost became OCD checking for e-mail and was having major anxiety about the whole thing. It sounds weird to say, but it meant a lot.

LOL no really I laughed out loud hard at this you hit the nail on the head. One night I caught myself getting real excited , then I tell my self, Stop it, there's no way you're going to get it, start looking at other options, then I'd see a good deal on the ROFR, hmm maybe there's a chance.

I'm right there with you (closed June 16th) and I'm at 12 days from closing with no member number by mail yet. The consensus I'm getting from others that have gotten their number is 14 days from closing and they called member accounting. Hope this helps.
