It got warm this afternoon!

Well - relatively speaking.. For me - 55 degrees is warm, compared to what it's been up here at the lake.. LOL

When I walked down to the mail box earlier there was full sunshine, the trees looked beautiful, and the air was nice and warm, so I took a long walk on the beach..

Tomorrow is supposed to be even warmer! I think this might be that "Indian Summer" I was hoping for..

I hear you, love 'Indian Summer' !! After 3 steady days of rain, it was a relief to have a beautiful sunny autumn day here too. Altho woke up to a chilly 38*, warmed up to a 55*, so had some fun play time outside with my 4yo DGS. My sugar maple tree in front yard is absolutely beautiful!!

If it's nice and sunny tomorrow, I may take a drive in my car so I can get some photos.. Still hoping to catch a glimpse of the moose that are "supposed" to be up here, although so far this month I haven't even seen a deer!

I heard gun shots very close by this afternoon, so that may have something to do with it..

We finally saw the sun here at the jersey shore first time in a week! And on thursday its going to be 70! i cant wait to feel a little warm weather before the long cold winter!

We got up to about 65 today, and have a high of 61 tomorrow. Definitely a nice change from last week when it was in the 30's and 40's all week!
