Went on the 2004 10 day christmas cruise and did a 2 day stay at the GF prior to embarkment. I've stayed at the resorts countless times and this was our fourth cruise. Never received an upgrade. But, when we checked in the Grand the CM was so nice, she said "let me get you the nicest room the computer will let me give you." We booked a garden view and she got us a lagoon view in Big Pine Key. I was hoping concierge. Well, next year I'll try again
