I wouldn't go as far to say it's confirmed, speculation still exists. When ever someone says "as of right now" tells me that there still trying to decide what to do

No news other than what we already know: The tower will be part of the Polynesian Resort. It's not the same as saying same condo association or Polynesian Villas and Bungalows.

They need to clarify. If it’s still up in the air then just say Poly2 sales will start in 2024.
